Great Cafe and nice clean rooms.
Pros:

We loved the Cafe and having breakfast every morning. We did enjoy it for dinner one night and my husband said it was the best club sandwich he ever had. The hamburger was just ok but other than that no complaints. We will stay here again when we come back to visit our nephew. Added a picture of the view from our 5th floor room.

Cons:

The elevator smell. It was smelled like bad body odor in both elevators. They tried to cover up the smell with freshener but it didn’t help. Also our floor was hot when you got off the elevator.

Double Tree = Double Pleased
Pros:

The suite was spacious, functional and clean. The bathroom was spotless. The linens and towels were very nice. The bec was extremely comfortable. The staff was friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgeable in helping us with dining recommendations.

Cons:

The pillows were way too soft for my preference. The picture frame in the bathroom was worn and peeling. The air-conditioning was pretty loud.

Good Choice for Good Sleep: Doubletree at Bentonville
Pros:

Comfortable stay in a king suite with perfect room arrangement for multi-night stay. Bedroom and living space (microwave and mini-fridge) both have separate access to bathroom. Desk, sofa, and chair in living space. Lovely comfortable bed linens and pillows perfect. Very quiet. Large parking lot. Near many restaurants and shopping. Morning breakfast generous. EV charger requires Blink account.

Poor customer service
Pros:

My husband’s return flight to chicago was delayed- through the carrier he was prompted to book (accidentally) an emergency nonrefundable stay ONE MONTH from the date he needed.

When he got to the suites he discovered the mistake and that they were booked out.

We attempted to get a refund, explaining multiple times that this was an accident and not needed. The manager refused to give the money back, leaving us out almost $200.

Would NEVER stay there on principle since this is terrible customer service.

Terrible customer service
Pros:

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough that I feel others should be aware of it.

Our baseball team stayed at this hotel from May 29-31. On Friday evening, several parents and families gathered in the lobby bar/lounge area to watch an important college baseball game featuring our local university. We were purchasing drinks from the bar, our children had sodas purchased there as well, and everyone was seated and behaving appropriately. The bartender was initially friendly and attentive.

As more members of our group joined us, there were still plenty of open seats available throughout the lounge. No one was standing around, crowding the area, or preventing staff from doing their jobs. Our children were quietly sitting at a table watching the game and were not being disruptive in any way.

After about 30 minutes, the bartender suddenly became visibly frustrated, threw her hands up, and loudly announced that the area was over capacity and that no one else could come in. The problem was that no one else was trying to come in, and there were still empty seats available.

What happened next was what truly upset us. She walked over to our children and loudly told them to leave. These were children who had been sitting quietly watching a baseball game with their parents nearby. When we informed her that they were our kids and asked whether there was a policy or legal reason they couldn’t be there, she admitted there wasn’t. Instead, she stated that she simply didn’t like having them there because she felt she couldn’t move around as easily.

At no point was anyone waiting for service. Everyone had already been taken care of, and our group was spending money at the bar. We specifically chose to stay at the hotel to watch the game so our kids could go straight to bed afterward since we had early baseball games the next morning. The game was only available on ESPN+, making the hotel one of the few convenient places for us to watch.

Being told to leave is one thing. Being yelled at is another. Having our children yelled at for quietly sitting and watching a game was completely unacceptable and unnecessary. Our entire group closed out our tabs and left because of the way we were treated.

The hotel itself was nice, but hospitality is about how guests are treated. Unfortunately, this interaction left a lasting negative impression and was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at a hotel.

Pros:

Great location. Nice clean room; ours had a small kitchen, fully furnished. It was quiet at night. It was a little chilly to get in the pool, however I think it may been heated. A couple of kids were swimming. I'd stay again!

Cons:

The family next door, drying their shoes in a dryer at 4:30am! That's the only thing that noise could have been, over and over! It was alot! Never got back to sleep
