Wonderful staff supportive and caring.
Pros:

I was in this hotel for just under a week on business and I really enjoyed the ambiance. The staff were very nice and friendly. I had a few packages delivered while I was there and one package was pretty slim and got stuck and hidden. I had a tough day and was needing the package for my work. When I went to the front desk to retrieve the package, Ha was working and he assured me he would help me get it. I had checked with Amazon and it had been determined it was delivered to the front desk. I was advised to give some time and I did. I received a call from him in a timely matter giving me an update on what was going on. I waited patiently and not too long after I received a knock at my door. Ha was standing there with my package! He found it and hand delivered it to me :) I thought it was so nice and thoughtful he really went the extra mile for me and I appreciate it so much. <3 I also wanted to mention the housekeeping staff member, Mui. She was so sweet and kind. For a moment I thought I left my phone In my room and I came back as she was cleaning and she was so helpful in looking even though it wasn’t there. She was so sweet in all my interactions with her and I appreciated it so much :) don’t forget to tip the staff people! ❤️ I overall had a wonderful experience and the hotel room itself was so comfy and had a great view. I would absolutely stay there again if I had the chance. It’s right next to mall of America and so many other places that make it convenient. Also the building is so tall that it makes it hard to lose track of haha. I will say that you gotta watch yourself when getting on the elevator though. I dk what the time limit is on them but those doors will close on you if you aren’t fast enough! This location had a pool and the biggest hottub I’ve ever seen. It even had a ballroom and poolside rooms that have almost direct access to. I’ve never experienced an indoor pool quite like this one. It’s in a giant room and you can be looked down on from balconies above you. Breakfasts are not complimentary (I’m not personally worried about it seems how I don’t eat breakfast) but I did inquire about it and they said there’s vouchers people can get for it, otherwise I’m sure they have an option somehow to pay. Anyways, I enjoyed my time there and I would definitely consider staying here in the future if my future takes me there :) thank you again, Ha and Mui for making the hotel even better :)🫶🏻

MY NEW HOME AWAY FROM HOME IN MINNEAPOLIS/BLOOMINGTON
Pros:

I think I have finally found my go to hotel on my frequent trips to Minneapolis/Bloomington with this Hilton.

The hotel is attractive, clean, quiet, friendly staff, free parking, and has an executive floor and lounge for us Hilton Gold members.

The executive floor matches the same standards as other Hilton executive floors found throughout North America although honestly the executive lounge does not. The layout, look and offerings of food and drink do not match other locations, but totally adequate to stop in for just a glass of wine after work.

Almost five stars
Pros:

Nice hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms. The only concern is the motion activated lights in the bathroom. At 2AM, all the lights automatically coming on in the bathroom, my opinion, is extremely rude. That feature alone is the reason for the four stars. If, if I ever stayed there again, there would be a post-it note or masking tape covering up the sensor. Otherwise, it was a nice stay.

Not so awesome stay.
Pros:

I liked the bed and my room it was comfy.

Cons:

I didnt like how the staff said they couldnt let me have executive lounge with the room i was staying in. It was first come first serve type deal and it doesnt mean ill always get it. I said i got it last time. Then i asked for a bathtub and shower combo when i booked that room it stated it would have it. The pool was very chlorine like or hot tub and it isnt very breathable in there so right when u walk in you can feel the chlorine in my eyes. They had an event going on too. When i asked about it they didnt tell me any information about it. It was sold out anyway so i didnt care. I stay at hilton hotels a ton because they are nice and cozy.

Pros:

I love the property

Cons:

We booked so we could leave our vehicle there but were denied a 4am shuttle so we had to spend extra $280 at park n fly so we didn't miss our international flight. Vinney would not accommodate and was very rude. We should have been offered a taxi or something to get there

Will be our regular hotel near MSP airport
Pros:

My minimum standards for a one-night stay are: that it is clean, the cost, and having a safe location. Other issues that are nice, but not a deal breakers, are: breakfast, workout room/pool, public rooms, interaction with staff at arrival.

I was very impressed with everything here. The building and our room was very clean. The cost for a one night stay was $180 for our room AND seven nights of parking our car in their lot! The shuttle to accommodate that was on time each direction and worked very well. I realize that costs change daily according how full the hotel is, but it was an unbelievable cost savings compared to a hotel room and parking at MSP or a park and fly.

The location is right on I-494 about 15 minutes from MSP by shuttle. Very convenient and safe.

We didn't eat breakfast because we left for the airport at 4:30 am, but we did eat at their restaurant the night before (didn't know ahead of time that they had one). Simple meal and drinks were all good. Nice place.

We both went to the workout room, but not the pool. Worked well.

The staff interaction was better than 95% of hotels we stay at, and is the reason I'm writing this. It normally doesn't matter to us if someone isn't smiling at me correctly when I check in. Who cares if the other main issues are solid? But... all five of the staff I dealt with were very friendly, professional and helped with several questions (mostly about the parking and shuttle issues). They're hiring good people and training them well. We were very impressed.

No hesitation coming back and making it our pre-trip hotel. Major thumbs up.

Its not like it use to be
Pros:

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with our recent three-day stay at your hotel over Christmas. My wife and I chose your property for holiday gatherings, but the experience was far below expectations—a one-star rating out of five. The only positive was your restaurant's food and waitress service.

Key issues during our 4-day stay at this hotel:

Poor arrival greeting, and the hotel cafe closed at 8 pm without mentioning that to us as we arrived at 7:25 pm
Dirty room floor and apparent blood on sheets (see attached photo).
Faulty plumbing is making the toilet unusable until repaired.
Rough, sandpaper-like towels.
Subpar Executive Lounge breakfast: broken coffee maker, stale muffins, and poor overall quality.
The pool is under repair.
Moldy, discolored shower ceilings.
Inadequate response to our complaints.

Would not stay there again
Pros:

Restaurants were fine

Cons:

Heatingsystem vibrated so bad we couldn't sleep. We stayed in two different rooms two different nights and both rooms had the same issue.
