Enjoyed the stay but breakfast was a let down
Pros:

Good location and parking, clean and comfortable rooms and friendly staff

Cons:

Air conditioning not working, breakfast was nice but not very well organised stood waiting to be seated for ages and no one came so ended up just sitting down. Had to go looking for staff to ask for plates, cutlery and mugs as there was nothing out so we couldn’t get any breakfast. Not ideal with 2 hungry children

Terrible.
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

Even with the window open and a fan, room was too warm and with no air-conditioning unbearable. Checked out after the first night, could not bear another night. Toilet stank throughout even when not in use, not sure why.

A nice stay in humid conditions. To cool off in the bar 10.00 for a pint and a half of strongbow.
Pros:

Its location suited our needs which is convenient.

Cons:

No air conditioning and it was humid. We did have a fan which helped but also needed to leave the window open which then made it noisy because of traffic.

Warm welcome.

Good hotel, with very handy parking for visiting the city
Pros:

Great location to be able to access the hospital on foot and then go out by car later in the day/evening

Cons:

Breakfast offering was ok, but not fantastic. Would rather have a freshly cooked breakfast.

Helpful staff, comfy and clean rooms.
Pros:

Everything was perfect in terms of value for money, cleanliness, catering for a budget hotel. The fact that my son could go free for the family room we booked was such a great bonus. The breakfast was good; there was variety.

Cons:

The only downside was the air conditioning wasn't working in the whole of the hotel when we arrived. I felt an email should have been sent to let us know ahead, because it appeared that it had occurred some days before and would take a while to fix. Although fans had been provided, the room was extremely hot during the night.

Hotel was ok and staff were helpful and did their best , but we’d only stay there again if we were going to the football

Right next to the football stadium, we should really have checked location. Air Conditioning was broken and hotel was boiling . They did provide fans .

The A/C was not working . The staff had thoughtfully left a fan in our room, but it was very hot
