Cons:

AIR CON broken in a heatwave!!!! Breakfast very disappointing compared to other HI. No big plates, bacon very pink, staff who were training a new person were making the trainee so scared she was shaking!!!

lovely breakfast would come again.
Pros:

fab breakfast. comfortable beds, clean bathroom.

Cons:

no air con (it was broken for the whole building). no gin and tonic at the bar (served gin and soda water instead! which was undrinkable)

Staff very helpful but facilities slightly lacking
Pros:

The location was good and staff were very polite and helpful

Cons:

The air conditioning was not working and although a fan was supplied it made very little difference to the temperature of the room. There was no plug socket near the mirror for use with hair straighteners or anything else. There needs to be a mirror over the desk or another socket near the mirror.

Brilliant stay. Fantastic staff. But the hotels AC had broken when we stayed in July heatwave.
Pros:

Staff were superb and very helpful and attentive to every detail. The breakfast was great. The room was super clean.

Cons:

Main thing was that the AC was broken for the whole hotel when we stayed, and it was in the middle of the July heatwave. Otherwise thank you for a brilliant stay.

It was a nice stay but could have been better
Pros:

Location was good and with car park

Cons:

We got a sofa bed for our 2 kids age 16 and 10, the bed was not good at all, bending from one side, also it was all rotten from the bottom aa well.

Cons:

I may have missed it but was a little confused when approaching the electric barrier which was unmanned and unsure if I’d missed the entrance.
