La posizione dell'hotel comoda alle nostre esigenze

Cons:

Torno in questo hotel ogni volta che vengo a Palermo, perché nel complesso mi sono sempre trovata bene.

Gli arredi un po' usurati, il box doccia danneggiato e qualche traccia di muffa sono aspetti che avevo già notato nei soggiorni precedenti e sui quali ho sempre sorvolato. Questa volta, però, il vero problema è stato un altro: con le alte temperature estive il climatizzatore non riusciva a raffrescare adeguatamente la camera e il frigorifero era guasto, rendendo impossibile avere anche solo una bottiglia d'acqua fresca. Due servizi essenziali che, soprattutto in estate, dovrebbero essere perfettamente funzionanti.

Abbiamo segnalato tutto al personale, che è stato cortese ma non ha potuto offrire una soluzione concreta. Mi auguro che la struttura intervenga al più presto con una manutenzione adeguata, soprattutto su climatizzazione e frigoriferi.

Personale top!
Pros:

La gentilezza e la competenza del personale fanno la differenza, quando può capitare un disservizio come un temporaneo black out dell'aria condizionata e nessuno meglio di me, che lavoro in albergo' sa che queste cose capitano quando meno te lo aspetti. Complimenti quindi ai "colleghi" per come hanno gestito la situazione. Per il resto tutto ok dalla camera alla colazione.

špina v celom ubytovaní , chrobáky vo vani , neskutočný smrad v izbe po príchode , boli sme zhrozený a keď sme sa snažili o výmenu izby dali nám izbu pre vozičkarov , po dni v tomto hoteli sme si zarezervovali iný hotel , a refound penazí za 4 noci ktoré sme tam nespali nám hotel zamietol velmi zlá a nepríjemná skusenosť

Уютный отель в центре города. Удобно добираться в любую точку. Внимательный и приветливый персонал. Вкусные и недорогие завтраки. С удовольствием провела здесь три ночи. Вернусь снова сюда на ночь в конце отпуска!

Была бы нелишней небольшая кофеварка в номере или, хотя бы, электрочайник...
