Rooms - our room was clean, that is about all the positives.
Do not skip reading negative reviews of this hotel, because if you find any of the problems listed bellow unbearable after you already paid for you stay, YOU WILL NOT GET ANY MONEY BACK or receive any resolution from the staff.
We stayed here for 2 days. It was afordable, but with a catch. You are fraudulently required to pay your stay in full before ever seeing the room, and the rest of the experience is like you are staying a in HOSTEL, read bellow for details. The staff will NOT CARE about any problem after they take your money, if you complain about anything they become even aggressive and try to intimidate you.
Here is what you can expect:
No parking - there are slots in front of the hotel that are always occupied, and you may only be lucky to park in front of the entrance for 20mins max to check in, if there is no delivery truck occupying it already. You must park on the street and buy cumbersome parking tickets where you scratch out a ticket for every hour you stay parked during 8AM-2PM and 4PM-8PM period, 1 euro per hour.
Surroundings - you will find the area around hotel to be very poor in terms of restaurants and cafes. There is a family restaurant across the street where food is mediocre, and they will steal from you by adding 5-15 euros of imaginary items of your bill. There is one good supermarket to help you survive, but the whole area feels quite dodgy, especially if you start walking towards the sea, you will enter alleys full of garbage and suspicious men on the street - avoid going out alone or during the night.
Aircondition - as soon as you walk in the hotel you will be greeted with weak aircon, same throughout the building including rooms, which will leave you sweating the whole night. With temperatures going above 35C by 10AM, be sure you can endure high temperatures for 24h during your stay.
Reception - unpleasant staff that barely or does not speak English at all.
Literie confortable et proche de l’arrêt de bus qui dessert l’aéroport de Palermo. Pratique pour une arrivée tardive et une nuit lorsqu’on est de passage !

Location is awesome. Only 5 minutes from the old town. The personal is very kind and helpful. Giovanni is the best lobby manager i have seen so far. Every question, every hint there is, he’ll know about it.
Room needs little renovation.

Emplacement top, dans un quartier chic, à 10 min à pied du centre historique, et je vous garanti que c’est très important l’emplacement de votre hôtel quand vous voulez visiter Palerme. Grâce à cela nous avons passé 2 jours supers. Personnel très très gentil, petit déjeuner très varié avec des produits frais. A moins de 100€ la nuit petit déjeuner compris pour 2 à Palerme, n’allez pas chercher ailleurs.
Nous avons dormi dans de nombreux palaces à Monaco, dans le Var, Florence… a plus de 500€ la nuit. Alors cet hôtel ⭐️⭐️⭐️ n’est pas de toute fraîcheur, ne vous attendez pas à du grand luxe, les sdb notamment mériteraient d’être un peu refaites, mais le personnel est tellement agréable et toujours prêt à vous rendre service, il y a la Clim, une sdb individuelle, des ascenseurs pour monter aux étages, un excellent petit dej… bref, excellent rapport qualité prix. Une petite pépite. Merci à eux, qui ont participé à la réussite de notre petit week-end Sicilien.

location is very good walking distance to Via Liberta from where different buses pass that go to city center & station.
Breakfast was very good with a selection of Cold cuts,bread,sweet pastries, fruit, cereal and coffee and juice.
The room was good my only complain is the mattress is not comfortable I rate it 4 out of 10 uncomfortable.
Giovanni and Antonio at the reception are very nice always ready to help us in what we needed. Giuseppe that is in charge of breakfast is also very friendly and polite and is always ready to help. Staff is very nice they all make one feel welcome.
Check in is at 14:00, in my opinion Check in should be earlier because after traveling one wants to arrive and go to the room, especially if one arrives early it is frustrating having to wait hours and that applies to check out it should be at least at 13:00pm not at 10:00am because if one has a late flight it is difficult to go about the city carrying your luggage.

La struttura è vecchissima, il bagno vecchio e sporchino, cade a pezzi; in camera gli arredi sono vecchissimi, la moquette per terra puzza da fumo
