Perfecto
Pros:

The staff were incredibly friendly and always went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. A special thank you to the team for the thoughtful birthday gesture. They upgraded our room to a beautiful suite room for our first night to help us celebrate, even though my actual birthday was still coming up. It was such a lovely surprise and made the beginning of our trip even more memorable.

Cons:

The facilities were excellent, especially the pool and the beach club. We also really appreciated the complimentary shuttle service, which made it so convenient to get to downtown.

Pros:

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had! Everything about our stay at Maya Resort Beach has been exceptional from the beautiful property and comfortable room to the food, atmosphere, and genuinely warm service.

Cons:

The complimentary shuttle service was also a huge plus and made getting around so convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly and always went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and convenient as possible

Lovely beach facilities, outdoor areas were beautiful.

Cons:

Rooms were basic, definitely not five star. Rooms need an upgrade Bathrooms were shabby and not very clean. Nothing luxurious about this hotel. Breakfast was disappointing with not many options. Taxi cannot go down to hotel and you need to wait for hotel shuttle which is quite an inconvenience. Also location is not good as it is away from Sorrento, although there is a hotel shuttle to and from the town but only at specific times. Had to take taxi a few times which was very expensive.
Unfortunately, will not return to this hotel

Amazing place! Gorgeous view.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and very well managed, and the staff made us feel welcome throughout our visit.

A special thank you to Walter, the hotel manager, who truly made our experience exceptional. He was incredibly kind, professional, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. You can really tell that he genuinely cares about his guests and makes an effort to ensure they have the best possible stay.

Excellent hospitality and service. We would absolutely recommend this hotel and would be very happy to come back!

Not Worth the Price
Pros:

The staff were genuinely lovely. Everyone at reception was very helpful, attentive and welcoming, and the housekeeping staff were always friendly and smiling.

Cons:

Unfortunately, this hotel was not worth the money and, in my opinion, does not meet the standard I would expect from a five-star hotel. The room was very worn, with visible signs of wear and tear, scuff marks and imperfections on the walls and ceilings, while the garden areas were poorly maintained and looked neglected. We stayed in one of the garden rooms, and the soundproofing was extremely poor — we could hear almost everything outside, including conversations, doors banging and housekeeping activity early every morning, which made it difficult to sleep peacefully.

The breakfast was probably the biggest disappointment. For a hotel of this price and standard, it was extremely poor, with very limited selection and almost no variety.
