Stunning vintage hotel
Pros:

An old school stunning hotel. Not modern, it is classy and I loved it.
The night staff was friendly and catered to all my needs. I had an iron to press my dress. The linen was clean and the pillows were great. The bed was good and the breakfast was warm and coffee was tasty.
I will definitely stay there again.

Cons:

There were some spots in the bathroom that could have been a bit cleaner but I asked for a quiet room and maybe it is one that is seldom used. It wasnt gross or anything just not a 10/10.

Cons:

The hotel is quite old, and the bed was uncomfortable. The room we were given also did not match the photos shown online, which was very disappointing.

However, the most unpleasant part of my stay was waking up with several bites on my body. The bites look very much like bedbug bites, which was extremely concerning and made my stay very uncomfortable.

Overall, the condition of the room and my experience were very different from what I expected based on the photos and description online.

les gaufres au petit déjeuner

Cons:

Que l'établissement soit aussi un lieu pour des évènements festifs Ce soir une grande fête de famille, plusieurs dizaines de personnes. Donc musique, chants, rires jusqu'à 2AM. Notre chambre était au dessus des cuisines, bruit infernal. D'où la médiocrité des notes accordées.

No tubs
Very loud ppl during the night which made us not get any sleep

It was a Great place to stay but the food can be improve.

The property had everything needed for guests

Pros:

Everything was smooth.

Cons:

Vending machines can be better. They are not a deal breaker but they can be really helpful. Right now it only takes coins, which is very inconvenient especially for people only visiting Toronto. Atm was there and I was told I can get it changed from the reception but when I asked after withdrawing money, I was told they dont have a change.

How staff was very nice and helpful.

Cons:

What i didn't like was the lady running the morning breakfast she was rude and when you asked her a question she did tell you the answer nicely she was rude about it. The gentleman that was with her also rude.
The breakfast was cold.
