Buen hotel que no colmo expectativas
Pros:

Ubicación y estacionamiemto

Cons:

Gimnasio muy pobre, casi inexistente, no deberían decir que tienen gimnasio disponible. Me aloje en dos habitaciones diferentes en la Torre 1 y en ambas tuve problemas con el agua caliente.

El hotel es muy lindo,la decoración preciosa .Tiene una terraza interior para fumar .
La ubicación fantástica,frente a la plaza ,el personal muy amable .Buen desayuno .La habitación con linda vista y muy cómoda .Hay dispensador de agua al lado del ascensor.El Restaurant muy rico .

Central location & amazing food & service by Ryan

On the main square central to everything. Dinner x 2 nights. Fresh food delicious & staff friendly & welcoming.
Ryan our waiter was outstanding. He served us 2 nights in a row. Very good English & extremely efficient & friendly. Saturday night he was busy. Sunday night with less staff on he was all but running. Maintained his composure & was a great asset to the hotel.

Cons:

Had booked a king & ended up with 2 single beds. Room 221 constant noise from a generator or air conditioner all night. Shower ran hot & cold.

-Une partie du personnel, répond de manière très sèche et n’essaie pas d’être arrangeant pour le client.
-Être dans un hôtel 4 étoiles et devoir payer les mini dose de café est incroyable.
-avoir le Pdj inclu et devoir payer une lunch box car nous devons partir plus tôt .. reste inconcevable également.
L’Horaire du pdj peut être avancé de 30 min ? Cela arrangerait pas mal je pense
