Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).

O hotel fica em frente ao Fiorde. Ficamos em um quarto de frente e o visual era lindo.
Funcionários muito solícitos. O café da manhã é muito repetitivo, não fazem alterações. O sinal de wi fi é pessimo! Você precisa usar sua operadora. O hotel está em obra mas isso não prejudicou nossa estadia.

Están en plena remodelación, pasillos con entrada de aire fuerte, mucho tránsito de gente de la construcción. Sistema de calefacción análogo, difícil de controlar la calefacción de la pieza.

Za oknem były roboty budowlane, o których nie było żadnej informacji podczas rezerwacji. Dodatkowo w samym hotelu odbywały się głośne prace remontowe, o których również nie było informacji. Przez kilka godzin nie było wody i personel nie wiedział co się dzieje. Oddając pranie do pralni, otrzymałam informację, że można opłacić przy odbiorze, gdy poszłam po pranie po 13 godzinach, chłopak z recepcji z arogancją powiedział, że trzeba było najpierw zapłacić (pomimo tego, że inna osoba wzięła pranie i potwierdziła, że opłata przy odbiorze) i że to nie jego wina, że nie zostało uprane i żebym je zabierała. Niektóre osoby z personelu to dramat. W restauracji nie zabierali brudnych talerzy.
Que al llegar al hotel te indiquen que estaban en remodelación, eso deberían informar antes de realizar una reserva.
Que no tengan restaurante abierto, tampoco dan una opción para comer, como turista pesimo servicio.

Amanecíamos sin agua , nunca llegó nadie nos llamó a la habitación tampoco nos dieron alternativas de solución , nadie tenía claro el tema .

indicaron que estaría con pequeños arreglos, uno se imagina algo menos, pero están construyendo un edificio nuevo, cuando uno llega de día, quiere descansar y trabajar pero no se puede por el ruido.
