Pros:

I wouldl leave the normal review just that prople can see how one idiot can ruin the whole experience. The smirky unproffesional front desk manager who laughed at my face when i said i slept for 3h total for 2 days because you cannot breathe in the rooms and that its the reason we are leaving day early. I asked for some kind refund, not all( whatever, just a show of good faith). What I got was - What can i say and smirky smile....Utterly unprofessional behavior.....

Cons:

Unfortunately this guy ruined the whole experience.....

The location is nice, and the staff were friendly.

Cons:

The rooms were uncomfortable and did not meet our expectations. The lack of elevator access and air conditioning was disappointing, and unfortunately, our concerns were not handled properly by management.

Infrastructuur is gedateerd en aan vernieuwing toe.
Pros:

De locatie t.o.v. Cortina. Rustig maar tot kortbij met wagen. ( 5min)

Cons:

Geen airco - balie personeel is onvoldoende klantvriendelijk - Men doet geen inspanning om vragen m.b.t. toeristische activiteiten in de streek toe te lichten. Men heeft enkel interesse in leveren van hoteldiensten. Het publiek zijn in grote mate senioren. We hadden de indruk dat vooral Italiaanse hotelgasten klantvriendelijk werden behandeld.

Hotel Mirage went above my expectations, I would definitely stay here again
Pros:

Hotel Mirage was a great hotel. The staff was awesome and did everything to make my stay memorable. The breakfast was top notch 👌. And it was a short 5 minute drive to the town centre or a 30 min walk.
I would definitely stay at Hotel Mirage!!

Cons:

Maybe the bed was a bit hard but that's all. But it could've been a new mattress. But I loved everything about Hotel Mirage and the view of the mountains from my balcony was beautiful.

A beautiful and peaceful spot to enjoy Cortina and the mountains. It has everything you need but away from the crowds.
Pros:

The family room was clean and comfortable. The happy hour was always a treat and the complimentary shuttle was a nice service.

Cons:

The upper floor didn’t have any windows. It was a bit hot and stuffy as we couldn’t open the one skylight as it was raining.

We would happily return.
Pros:

The room was very spacious and there was plenty of room for our family of 5. The balcony had a lovely view of the mountains. We felt like we had been transported back in time as the hotel has a very traditional and welcoming feel. We loved it! East parking for our car. The staff were helpful with information about local hiking etc. The spa, pool & sauna was a welcome relief after long hikes. The breakfast buffet was fabulous and on the mornings that we headed off early the kitchen prepared a boxed breakfast which was very appreciated.

Pros:

Nos encantó el trato que recibimos por parte del staff. Mención a Gloria, que dedicó tiempo a nuestra niña, sin hablar su idioma.
Las instalaciones muy lindas, limpias. La comida excelente.

Situated in a quiet area with beautiful view of the mountains. Staff are super friendly . It has a spacious outdoor area for the children to play
