Pros:

Amazing location around the corner from the old square. Large rooms. Good air circulation and temperature controls for the room. Excellent breakfast. Walk 5 min to the astronomical clock

We had a wonderful stay and were extremely satisfied with this hotel.

The hotel is located right in the heart of Prague, and the location is simply superb. We traveled by car, but thanks to the helpful hotel staff, we found the hotel easily and were able to park conveniently in the underground garage. The hotel also offers EV charging at a very reasonable price, which was extremely convenient for us.

Special thanks to Marianna and Marco at the reception for their outstanding, friendly service and for all their helpful recommendations during our stay. They made us feel truly welcome.

I would also like to express my sincere gratitude to the young housekeeper (I believe she was from Ukraine) who found my wallet in our room (404) and promptly delivered it to the reception. Her honesty and kindness were greatly appreciated.

Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Prague.

Hotel působí příjemným dojmem, výborná poloha v historickém centru , dobrá snídaně
Pros:

Bufetová snídaně v přízemí hotelu byla odpovídající typu zařízení ,
Pokoje jsou pohodlné a prostorné . Dostatek úložného prostoru , konvice na přípravu kávy a čaje. Velké pohodlné postele.

Cons:

Lehce nás rušil nedostatečně izolovanými okny noční hluk chodců a stejně tak rámus z vedlejšího pokoje.

El desayuno muy bien y la ubicación muy buena. Destacable la disposición de Marco, de recepción, por la información brindada.

Cons:

El primer día funcionó mal la ducha, aunque la repararon al día siguiente, luego de reclamar al personal de limpieza y a Marco, de Recepción.

Modern, clean feel & amazing location
Pros:

Location was absolutely fantastic. Only a 3 minute walk from the old town Square.

Cons:

Couldn't get an iron/ironing board as they were all taken but the staff were still really helpful and found us an alternative.

Excelente ubicación
Pros:

La llegada fue súper perfecta. No había reservado parking e igual me hicieron un lugar. Marcos el recepcionista hablando español fue muy cordial con nosotros. Nos explicó sobre la ciudad y sobre el hotel.

Nada. La ubicación es en pleno centro histórico.

Pros:

Perfect location, comfortable hotel, good breakfast, good facilities

Cons:

Even though we stayed for 4 nights, they asked for 30 euros for late check out by 1 hour, which we obviously refused. WiFi also was not that good.
