Central hotel with good breakfast and friendly staff.
Pros:

The location was excellent, so was the breakfast. Marco and Ivanna at reception were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The lift was not working the first day we arrived, but hotel staff brought our luggage up to the room. We had to use stairs for a couple of days.

Cons:

Our shower leaked water all over floor even though showerdl doors were closed. Room doors allowed hallway noise into room. Ice was not made available

Días en Praga maravillosos.
Pros:

Hemos estado poco tiempo pero ha sido genial. A destacar la ubicación, en pleno centro de Praga. Las instalaciones del hotel muy cómodas y en nuestro caso el desayuno de 10, con todo lo necesario y todos los empleados muy amables. Si volvemos alguna vez, seguro repetiremos.

Cons:

Lo único y no depende del hotel, que amanece a las 5 de la mañana y entra la claridad en la habitación, aunque haya cortinas.

Great experience and a lovely stay!
Pros:

The hotel's location was excellent, as the main attactions in the Old Town were just a few minutes from our doorstep. The room was comfortable for our family of 3, and the reception staff were friendly and helpful, in particular on a rainy evening where they graciously lent us an umbrella. They were also quick to offer us a replacement hair dryer when we requested for one.

Cons:

As thte hotel was not really along the main road, we had to drag our heavy luggage from the hotel to a side road, and also we had to be careful to ensure that our pickup location was clearly marked for the driver.

Pros:

Klimaanlage hat uns gut geholfen.
Zimmer sind groß genug.
Leider war der Fahrstuhl defekt und unser Zimmer in der 5. Etage.

Cons:

Ich hätte mich sehr gefreut, wenn uns das Hotel bzgl. des defekten Fahrstuhls

Good hotel in excellent position.
Pros:

Location. Air conditioning. Staff were helpful

Cons:

There is a picture from the rooftop which implies there is an outside. It is actually only for available to the top flat. Slightly disappointed and maybe misleading?? However everything else was excellent, so would recommend it.
