Very helpful staff. Good price quality ratio
Myself and my husband have just returned from a 4 night stay at this hotel, our first visit to Bucharest.
Very impressed as the customer service by all the staff we met was superb. They went above and beyond for you. Rooms were fine, bed comfortable, free safe, hairdryer, only toiletries were shower gel. Booked through TUI and requested a lower ground, sadly when we arrived our room was on the third floor. However we did manage ok. A young mam carried our case up. We booked room only and paid for breakfast each morning which was very reasonably priced and very good and served to you at your table. We frequently used bolt taxis which were great. Ate at a few different restaurants, Le Bab in the old town was our favourite. We absolutely loved Bucharest one of our now favourite cities in Europe. Saw most of the sights of Bucharest, also did the bear sanctuary, bran castle and brasov, wherever we went it was always lovely to return to this hotel. We would 100% recommended it for a budget hotel with exemplary service.

Very large room, with big comfortable bed, with some comfortable armchairs to relax in.
The small fridge did not work.
Whist this for me is not a negative as I have stayed in a few hotel rooms that have done this, the Shower cubical was within the main room and not the bathroom, meaning you privacy is/can be affected.

Staff was very friendly, and helpful! Hotel is in a quiet neighborhood and convenient to stops for the airport bus and I had easy 20 minute walk to train station. Rooms were clean, quiet and functional- plenty of outlets and appreciated having a fridge. Bathrooms were clean and spacious but I had issues with the showers.
I stayed in 3 rooms over my time in Bucharest (multiple side trips) - in the first, the shower enclosure leaked so there was water on the floor that I needed to soak up with the bath mat. In the second, the shower head was broken so there was no spray just a single stream (like a hose) that made rinsing awkward. And in the third, both the enclosure leaked and the head was broken. (Let staff know each time.) An otherwise enjoyable and satisfying stay let down by these annoying issues.
Vom Bahnhof fußläufig ca. 25 Minuten entfernt. Ruhige Lage. Bus zum Zentrum quasi um die Ecke. Fahrt ca. 10 Minuten. Sauberes Zimmer. Sehr freundliches Personal. Netter Innenhof zum verweilen. Frühstück ala Carte.
Leider gibt es nur Toastbrot zum Frühstück.
