We stayed with our young daughters and while the location was excellent and the room was beautiful, the service was underwhelming. Our check in process was clunky and the pool area was a mess when we went in the morning, like it hadn’t been cleaned from the day before. The staff was not overly friendly. For what you pay for a hotel of this caliber, I would have expected better upkeep and service.
Hotel Terra Jackson Hole provided a top-tier experience for our couple's getaway with an incredible spa, well-kept room and amenities, and an overall atmosphere of mountain relaxation and activity against a gorgeous backdrop. My friend and I (celebrating our 40th birthdays) enjoyed a luxurious day at the Hotel Terra Spa, which featured unique amenities, standout spa therapists (shout out to Tamara!) and a manager who went above and beyond to make our experience personalized and special. Highy recommend!

The hotel has a great location to easily access restaurants and the gondola/trams. We used this as a base for several hikes too.

Hotel Terra was the perfect place for our trip. It was located in the Teton Village, which has plenty of amenities to enjoy while there. There is plenty of places to eat and entertainment. If you are going to be in Jackson Hole, I highly recommend staying at Hotel Terra.
We just returned from a weeklong stay at Hotel Terra and it exceeded our expectations at every level! From the check-in experience to the rooms we stayed in and all the amenities in-between. My family's comment was "how will we ever top this vacation!" Our room in building two had the most glorious wraparound view of the mountains. It was a pleasure waking up to it every day. This hotel and the whole Teton Village experience was very family friendly.

10 out of 10 recommend! Great first Jackson hole experience for us and the perfect “mountain” hotel. The Teton mountain range is the icing on the cake. Mangy Moose and Jackson hole Gondola not to shabby either! Such a great trip.
We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Terra Jackson Hole. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring the area. We especially want to thank Dulce for the warm welcome and outstanding service, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The hotel is also an ideal base for visiting the nearby national parks and a perfect place to relax after a day of adventure. We would definitely stay here again!

This is def. A 5 start hotel experience with great rooms, nice lobby, restaurant and bar. Super cozy hotel and great location. 15 min. Ride to downtown Jackson hole. Will not be disappointed
The accommodations at Hotel Terra were very comfortable with a walk-in shower, full-size refrigerator and kitchen. It was everything that we needed. We stayed using an American Express travel promotion and ate their Osteria for dinner and breakfast. The food and service were excellent and very convenient. We would definitely consider staying here again
