Insgesamt ist das Hotel zwar etwas teuer, aber wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werden auf jeden Fall wied
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in einer wunderschönen Lage. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr liebevoll dekoriert und gepflegt. Es ist der perfekte Ort, um sich zu erholen und die Ruhe zu geniessen. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend und bietet eine grosse Auswahl. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und stets hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Der Parkplatz ist mit 25 Euro pro Tag etwas teuer. Da die Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel für die Gäste des Restaurants freigehalten werden sollten, mussten wir den kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz nutzen. Leider haben sich nicht alle Hotelgäste an diese Regel gehalten.

Bei der Ankunft stand eine Flasche Wasser kostenlos im Zimmer bereit. Weitere Flaschen mussten jedoch bezahlt werden. Für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie hätte ich es schön gefunden, wenn den Gästen täglich eine kostenlose Flasche Wasser zur Verfügung gestellt würde.

Auch die Preise für Getränke empfand ich als recht hoch. So kostete beispielsweise ein Bier 9 Euro, was ich persönlich als teuer empfinde.

Pros:

Schöne Lage direkt am Lago. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet und sehr gutes Restaurant.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer in der uns gebuchten Kategorie bekommen, aber da gibt es bessere und weniger gute (letztere mit Aussicht aufs Vordach bekamen wir zunächst). Das bessere Zimmer (mit Sicht auf den Lago) war frei, wurde uns allerdings erst auf Nachfrage gegeben. Das greift leider um sich, und wir haben uns auch hier gefragt, weshalb gebuchten Gästen nicht die jeweils besten freien Zimmer gegeben werden. Die Nerverei mit Zimmerwechsel will im Urlaub niemand haben.

Pros:

Top-Lage am See, Badezugang,Sonnenliegen,Restauratiom….. man kann den ganzen Tag am Wasser,in dem traumhaften Park oder auch mit Yoga,Sky-Fitness (kleiner Gerätepark im Freien mit Seeblick) verbringen
Frühstück hervorragend

Cons:

Wenn das Restaurant (insbesondere bei Veranstaltungen) gut frequentiert ist, werden die Parkmöglichkeiten knapp!
Nachts unter Umständen Verkehrslärm von der am Hotel vorbeiführenden Hauptdurchgangsstrasse

Perfektes Hotel als Zwischenstop für anspruchsvolle Gäste.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, bei der Ausstattung hat es an nichts gefehlt. Transfer zum Wochenmarkt nach Luino : top.
Bademäntel, Strandtücher, Badeschlappen, alles vor Ort.
Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksbüffet. Personal spricht gut deutsch und englisch.

Cons:

Der Zugang zum Privatstrand gelingt nur über eine rutschige Metalltreppe. Kein „Strand“ so wie man es sich bildlich vorstellen würde. Scharfe Steine im Wasser, d.h. Wasserschuhe empfehlendswert.
Restaurant und Getränke an der Bar/Brasserie nicht gerade günstig.

Perfekte Erholung, auch für einen kurzen Aufenthalt
Pros:

Wunderschöne hoteleigene Parkanlage direkt am Wasser mit vielen Liegen und Strandkörben. Viel Privatsphäre, da die Liegen verteilt sind. Brasserie mit leckeren Snacks (Tatar, Bruschetta, Pommes...), auch direkt zu den Liegen serviert. Restaurant mit toller Sicht, teilweise Plätze direkt am Wasser. Tip: direkt danach fragen und reservieren. Frühstück mit riesigem Angebot und vielen frischen Zutaten. Personal hilfsbereit und man spürt deren Begeisterung für die Arbeit in der Villa Porta. Alles in allem eine Perle für die ultimative Erholung.

Cons:

Zimmer eher klein und wenig spektakulär, dafür sehr sauber.Parkplätze kostenpflichtig und etwas weiter weg vom Hotel.

Charmant und gepflegt und hilfsbereit- Super Breakfast Buffet und essen und trinken !
Pros:

Das war gut dass sie unser Zimmer wechseln konnten, mein mann konnte die Treppe nicht machen.. Ich fand es sehr schön aber schwierig zum laufen..ohne Lift war es ..nicht gut.

Oase des Genusses und der Erholung
Pros:

Die Lage, die Aussicht, die Gärten mit den verschiedenen Rückzugsorten, das nette Personal, die phantasievolle Restaurantkarte , das Essen im Restaurant und das sehr gute Frühstück. Die modernen Zimmer und die komfortablen Betten.

Cons:

Die Preise im Restaurant sind etwas zu erhöht.

Excellent in every aspect.
Pros:

Beautiful location. Staff are exemplary and consistently excellent. Could not fault any member of staff in any role. Food was excellent. Facilities excellent. Offer of events was good.

Cons:

It can be busy at weekends with weddings and private events but every part of the property is used well, to avoid disturbance to hotel guests.

Pros:

Die Lage mit dem Blick auf den See und der Garten am Seeufer sind einmalig schön und geschmackvoll. Man kann von der Liegewiese direkt in den See gehen, im Bistro Kleinigkeiten am See essen und trinken, im Restaurant direkt am See gut essen, die Atmosphäre ist sehr entspannt und nicht förmlich, das Personal sehr nett und aufmerksam.

Cons:

Eigentlich nichts, allenfalls ist der Preis für das Essen etwas höher als die Qualität des Essens (das ist aber schon auf hohem Niveau gejammert)

Готель розташований на самому березі озера. Чудові види! Ідеальна чистота в номерах, все необхідне є. Наш номер був маленький, але при цьому комфортабельний. Готель розташований біля дороги, тому з відкритими вікнами не поспіш.Прекрасний сад на території готелю, багато місць для відпочинку. Відмінні, різноманітні сніданки. Парковка.Готель Petfrendly.

Cons:

Персонал для такого готелю індиферентний. Ресторан при готелі переоцінений. Ціна не відповідає якості та смаку.

Picture perfect with great staff
Pros:
