Escapada romántica perfecta!
Pros:

Todo. La cena en el restaurante Le Feuillée fue inolvidable. El servicio fue excepcional y la comida superlativa. Nos hicieron un regalo especial por nuestro tercer aniversario. Fue toda una explosión de sabores en boca.
El Spa es muy completo y la piscina es ideal para relajarse. Las suites son perfectas para el descanso. Tanto los jardines como la decoración de los espacios emanan paz. Los productos l’Occitane son la guinda del pastel.

Bel hôtel, magnifique, rénovation personnelle, très attentif
Pros:

Le personnel était chaleureux et attentif, la chambre grande et très propre

Cons:

Je regrette que nous n’ayons pas pu avoir de place au restaurant gastronomique et qu’une table ne soit pas réservée pour les clients de l’hôtel c’est ce qui se fait généralement dans les grands établissements
Nous avons dîné au bistrot, c’était très correct
Par contre, nous avons été très déçus par le petit déjeuner
Il n’était pas du tout représentatif d’un tel établissement

Wonderful stay in an extremely beautiful hotel!
Pros:

Everything was immaculate. The hotel was beautiful, set amongst perfect grounds. The smell of lavender is everywhere. Absolutely gorgeous.

The spa was fabulous. The facilities external to the spa also worth a visit with a 25m pool, pétanque playing area & plenty of rest/ reading spots.

High standards throughout. We would visit again, and again, and again!

Cons:

The only improvement would be the inclusion of simpler options on the food menu. The menu didn’t have enough classic options for multiple visits.

Lovely experience, beautiful property but a couple of issues did take the shine off.
Pros:

spa and pool were amazing, beautiful grounds. The food restaurant and bar were also excellent

Cons:

We were disappointed with the room, the balcony had no view and was not clean with dead plants. A mix up my reception over a dinner reservation left us feeling it was our fault very poor.

Une parenthèse enchantée
Pros:

Une expérience incroyable de calme, de volupté et de luxe discret règne au Couvent. La restauration du lieu est sublime, les tons crème et le bois clair sont en parfaite harmonie avec la pierre et l'essence du lieu.
L'espace SPA est superbe, nous avons profité d'un soin en duo exceptionnel. La piscine, le petit déjeuner, tout n'est que pur bonheur.

Cons:

Il nous est arrivé 3 soucis sur place dont nous avons fait part à la réception lors de notre départ.
- Au bistrot Pamparigouste, nous avons attendu plus d'1h notre sole meunière sans aucune attention du personnel.
- Au SPA, notre réservation de soin avait été egarée... Heureusement le personnel du SPA a pu nous trouver un autre créneau.
- Au room service, nous avons commandé du vin rouge au verre pour accompagner notre repas, celui-ci est arrivé fermenté et imbuvable ! Il a fallu rappeler la réception pour qu'on nous porte un autre verre....
