Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Hotel hat historischen Charme mit perfekter Lage.
Pros:

Schönes Zimmer mit vielen Ablagemöglichkeiten. Einrichtung passt sehr gut zum Gebäude.

Cons:

Fön und Lupenspiegel sind nicht mehr in gutem Zustand und könnten mal ausgetauscht werden.

Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut. Ebenso der Service. Alle Mitarbeiter*innen waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Die Lage ist ein großes Plus. Das Ambiente ist zum Wohlfühlen.

Cons:

Der Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert. Es gab zwar eine Beschreibung, aber auch die half nicht weiter genauso wie die Reklamation an der Rezeption, die veranlasste, dass der Haustechniker nachsehen sollte. Der hat nur Sat 1 eingestellt, so dass dennoch kein WM Halbfinalspiel im Zimmer gesehenwerden konnte. Ich konnte mich mit meinem iPad behelfen.

Skvělá poloha, luxusní snídaně
Pros:

Už při příjezdu nás nadchnul personál a nadstandardní péče. Hned vzápětí nás dostala poloha hotelu, v samém centru a přímo před vchodem jezdí Molli Bahn, místní parní vláček, dokonce kousek od vchodu má i zastávku. Absolutní špička je pak snídaně v nádherných slunečních lázních, s obsluhou a jednoznačně s lahůdkami.

Cons:

Měli jsme k dispozici dva dvoulůžkové pokoje, které byly opravdu maličké a disponovaly jen úzkými postelemi, při delším pobytu bychom litovali. A ještě jedna pro ty, kteří špatně snášejí teplo. Byli jsme ubytovaní v době velkých veder a trochu nám chyběla klimatizace.

Tydligen föreligger en kommunikationsmiss mellan hotellet och Booking. I Bookings information var det incheckning till kl 18.00. När vi kom fram visade det sig att 17.00 var rätt tid. Som tur var kom vi redan 17.10 så personal var kvar - för övrigt en genomtrevlig och serviceminded kvinna.

Die Lage ist gut.

Cons:

Die gebuchte Suite wurde anderen Gästen (Stammgästen) zur Verfügung gestellt und wir haben nur ein Doppelzimmer bekommen. Dies erfuhren wir erst beim Einchecken. Der Preisnachlass von ca. 20,00 € konnte diese Enttäuschung nicht wett machen. Da die Heizung nicht funktionierte, gab es dann zu allem Überfluss auch kein warmes Wasser am nächsten Morgen, so dass wir nicht duschen konnten. Ob die Havarie tatsächlich erst in der Nacht durch andere Gäste verursacht wurde oder schon länger bestand, können wir nicht beurteilen. Eine Entschädigung haben wir hierfür jedenfalls auch nicht bekommen. Wir hatten das Prinzenpalais in sehr viel besserer Erinnerung. Schade!
