Cons:

They charged 640€ as deposit at reception, next day we paid for stay and since 1 week they do not respond at booking, at sms, at WhatsApp they send some 3rd party website and said that deposit is on that website, but deposit we pay at reception. 0 answer all week, we write them 5 times, no answer, no money back, it’s horrible.

Location very good. Facilities subpar. Prices very high.
Cons:

The lifts! They were scary. Shuddering and groaning. The air conditioning. Inadequate for the weather. The Loo divided into the basin area and the chamber pot in two different cubicles. Very inconvenient. No health faucet.

Hotel met alle faciliteiten die je nodig hebt voor je verblijf in Monaco
Pros:

Faciliteiten waren top. Alles mooi en schoon. Hebben ons goed vermaakt aan het zwembad. Locatie is echt goed, je kan via het treinstation snel naar de haven of loopt zo naar het Casino.

Cons:

Personeel vond ik niet pro actief of vriendelijk. Simpel voorbeeld, ik heb net een hele reis achter de rug met 2 kleine kinderen, ik sta als een zombie bij de receptie, staat 4 man personeel, niemand die even vraagt of ze me ergens me kunnen helpen.

Great Hotel - Dreadful Customer Service
Pros:

Great location, very clean, breakfast good, excellent facilities. Off site car parking very convenient (if a little expensive).

Cons:

On our last night we experienced loud music playing all night in the outside bar which kept us awake for much of the night. We first thought it was a party either at the hotel or near by and initially put it down to our misfortune. We did manage to drift off to sleep around midnight but were awake again by 3am. After a little investigation we found that the music was from the outside bar - someone had forgotten to turn it off. On reporting it to the night manager it transpired that they couldn’t get access to the room to switch it off so the music continued. Being unable to sleep, at 4am we decided we may as check out and start our journey home.
On checking out we registered a complaint, providing our contact details. That was almost 2 weeks ago and there has been no response!
Shame because this is a very good hotel. This was my 5th stay there!

A small thing but the bed wasn’t the most comfortable and the AC in the room wasn’t the best.
