Poor customer service!!!!
Cons:

My reservation and Booking were not honored. I was told all rooms were sold out. I never was contacted to be advised of the change.
The Clerk at the desk did NOT offer any assistance looking for another hotel or offer suggestions.

Worst experience ever trying to get to stay here. I will not stay at another holiday inn express
Pros:

I never had the chance to stay I was told my room reservation was canceled when I arrived at 12:15am from a 3hour drive to get there.

Cons:

Nothing. I pulled up and there were fire trucks out front dealing with some kind of emergency.

Disappointed!

Proximity to my work and to I-95

Cons:

The room stunk! I don't think it was ever cleaned by housekeeping. It smelled like somebody stayed in there for weeks and didn’t do any housekeeping.

Worst part was the beddings. I don't think they were changed between guests. I showed hair on the sheets which isn't mine to the front desk and requested for extra sheets that I could put on top of the bed. There was still hair in the sink too. It's just gross. I could have cleaned it myself and will do a way better job. Please do better. I've been coming to this hotel once a year and was satisfied in the years prior but definitely not this year.

The rooms were clean. The hotel was quite. Stores were very close. Easy access to highway.

Clean room, easy access to 95
Pros:

Easy on and off of 95. Staff and desk manager were very nice.

Cons:

Exterior parking lot-light was shining into room all night. Breakfast was not as good as other Holiday Inn Expresses we have been to.
