Although short, it was a wonderful stay
Pros:

Room was clean, spacious, and excellent. Breakfast excellent variety and choice. Facilities were great as well.

Pros:

The room was clean, nice, and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful; breakfast had a variety to choose from. I enjoyed my stay, because this was more of a rest trip for me.

Cons:

I am not a smoker; I have nothing against smokers; however, I detest the smell and sight of cigarettes, so I avoid going out to the back for that reason

The room, the staff, and the amenities are exceptional!
Pros:

Tim was the front desk staff who assisted us during our stay and he made the experience much better with his hospitality and recommendations based on our family size and likes and dislikes

Cons:

Power outage, but out of the hotels control.

De terror . Nunca estuve en un hotel con tantos problemas

El hotel esta bastante descuidado. El 2do dia de llegada se inundo un cuarto en el piso superior y caia agua por la luz del baño. Vinieron a verlo , me cortaron laluz. Entendi que era un problema inusual asi que me fui para que lo pudieran solucionar. Cuando llegue 4 hs despues a mi cuarto estaba el baño inundado , no habian repuesto las toallas, estabamos sin luz en el cuarto, sin poder bañarnos y nos dijeron que por el momento no habia habiataciones disponibles. Tres horas mas tardes no dieron otra habitacion que se había desocupado y tuvimos que hacer el cambio por nuestra cuenta . Cuando llegamos la puerta estaba bloqueada porque no tenia bateria. Tardaron en cambiar la bateria y pudimos entrar. A la noche quisimos aparagar el aire acondicionadano porque hacia mucho ruido y no se pudo porque estaba roto. Asi que solicte otro cuarto a las 1130 pm para dormir que si me fue dado con celeridad esta vez. Desayuno pobre y tardaban en reponer lo que se acababa. Por ser un Hilton bastante decepcion.

We Love Tim!!
Pros:

When we walked through the door we were greeted by Tim. Super friendly guy and he gave us delicious cookies! During our trip he was always around to say Hi, see if we needed anything and ask how our trip was going. The hotel was great also and Breakfast was awesome. We loved the outdoor patio and would definitely stay here again.
