Solo la piscina se veía bien

Cons:

El alojamiento no me gustó para nada no había luz en el pasillo estaba bien oscuro. La cortina de mi cuarto estaba toda ropa y ni se poda cerrar y se veía para dentro. El cuarto tenía olor a cigarrillo con olor a lavanda.

No pudimos alojarnos por que segun el que estaba a cargo habiamos llegado a las 11 pm y ya no podia quedarme ahi esa noche me dijo que seria para el otro dia y para el otro dia no lo necesitabamos pues no pudimos quedarnos esa noche y dormir en nuestro auto pues no nos devolvieron el dinero ni nos dejaron alojar ademas del servicio al cliente fue una groseria

We had a much better experience at the end of our trip than we had the entire time we were there because of all the issu

We really enjoyed the pool and relaxing outside.

Cons:

We had to change rooms not even a few hours after being there because there were roaches all over the place and we didn’t trust putting out stuff down or even taking our shoes off. The worker we talked to was so rude and barley acknowledged the issues we were having including the fact that after acknowledging we had a service dog they still came banging on our room door at 8am just to tell us the property didn’t allow dogs. We had to go up to the front desk and say something because it wasn’t the first time they had banged on our door that morning.

I liked the room size and the cleanliness but I didn’t like the event and the front should have told us it’s adult party
Pros:

The room was a very good size , and it was clean . Could use more blankets and towels.

Cons:

I was there with my family and we have 3 daughters between 10, 8, 7 years old . We wanted to go to the pool but they were having an event okay cool , our room was facing the pool and the party they had was not appropriate for my daughters they seen big butts twerking guys kissing on females butts and all . It was wild and lasted till 1015pm. I feel the front desk should have put us facing the street instead of the pool knowing we had kids .

I stayed here and honestly if it wasn’t for the staff being friendly I would’ve left the first night. The pool was dirty

The location was good and the staff was friendly!

Cons:

The overall place was dirty with stuff all over the walls and looked run down. The “NEWLY” renovated room did not look the best. The bathroom door handle was broken there were holes in the wall by the shower. The bathtub faucet wash loose and leaked alll night long. The outlets were coming out of the wall. The lamps were rusty and and old looking. The toilet paper holder was broken to.
