I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel. The hotel was very dirty, and the room did not feel clean at all. The bed and bathroom were dirty, and the AC seemed to be blowing out dust, which made the room feel dusty and uncomfortable. I even started feeling sick overnight because of the condition of the room. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience, and I would not stay here again.

The staff was really rude, the guy on the front desk has music on the lobby so loud, I can’t even hear my own voice, he started with bad attitude because I didn’t speak well English, the room door doesn’t open, when I told the guy he just opened with his key, he doesn’t check mine. The room was so dirty. I found a pair of dirty socks on the floor, a bug on the bed, the bed sheets were stained looks like they never cleaned. I did the check in at 12:00am, was a bunch of people outside with loud music and chitchat until like 3:00am.

The place wasn’t clean, we had hair on our bar of soap that was left in the shower, 🤮
The place has rust all over the room, from the sink to the light switches to the holes in the wall where pipes were coming out in the bathroom. The restaurant was horrible they charged us twice and when my husband told the guy he was very rude and started yelling at my husband that he was lying. I would not recommend this place at all.

The stay was not pleasant at all it took me a hour to clean the floors and bathroom was sick!

The room was so very dirty it said breakfast was included at 8 am they was out of food with over a hour left with breakfast they put no more food out. There was a bar located in the motel which was not listed on the listing which was loud. I had to clean the room when we got there there was hair everywhere the floor had not been moped there was blood all over bathroom door

The staff was rude, the rooms were filthy with roaches, and when we requested a refund in consideration of all this the management tried to tell us that they couldn’t cancel or refund because of booking.com but when we called booking directly and booking asked if they might cancel it, the hotel management said that they wouldn’t

My daughter stayed here and I paid for everything, including the deposit—and getting that deposit back was a huge issue.

The amount changed at check-in, was processed incorrectly, and at checkout they claimed no deposit existed. The refund was delayed and even sent to the wrong card before being corrected. Still not showing any refund after they claim it was corrected .

On top of that, the room did not match the photos, cleanliness was lacking, and key cards constantly stopped working.

Lisa is rude and try’s to control the conversation. Staff manger and general manager also talk down to you as Lisa does and try’s to convince you of lies but when confronted and confirming with the bank the finding were untrue. Very dishonest people and place.
Others have also not received deposits back. Stay away! Roach infested
