Dirty Hotel Room at Check In
Pros:

Close to airport

Cons:

The room was not cleaned. The beds were not made when I first walked in, the bathroom had towels on the floor, the lights were out, and the room smelled like smoke. We immediately went back to the desk and they gave us a new room but we're not pleasant or apologetic.
