Clean and conveniently close to the airport!
Location near MDW and shuttle service.
Not much.
Clean missed the waffles they had pancakes instead. A water fountain would have been great! Morning staff was much more friendly and helpful than evening staff on Sunday night. Have stayed there before will stay again.
Having to pay for parking is rediculous. No water fountains.

Was surprised that parking is $30 per day and no real option not to pay it (by parking elsewhere). That is a big hit to travel.

room 108 was located by front door. the staff was loud at 2:00 am and people waking up at 5:00.

It was convenient to the location we were going to.
Room was not clean, went to check in 20 minutes early and they charged me an extra $30 for an early check in. We already paid over $250 for one night. If the room is ready then why charge extra.
Shuttle bus was efficient and on time. Coffee available 24/7 was nice. Breakfast was good enough.
We were in Room 108 right next to the lobby and ice machine. The vintage ice machine went off making ice every 90 minutes or so making so much noise it would wake us up. The lobby noise from travelers talking was so noisy we were kept awake hearing conversations and laughter all night long.

Terrible hotel with no customer service. The hotel is filled with teenagers traveling together. A couple of coaches and a bunch of loud screaming kids slamming doors and running up and down the halls. Banging on doors all around my room and yelling to other rooms. Several calls to the front desk and the manager with no resolution. I travel regularly for business, this is absolutely unacceptable. I will NEVER stay with Holiday Inn IGH again.
