Pros:

The location was excellent.

Cons:

A lot of noise, we could hear the highway during the whole night.

Incredible view, incredible value
Pros:

The hotel is so close to the parking garage; you do not have to cross a busy street to get to and from. They will hold your luggage until a room is available for check-in. The location is amazing; Walgreens and two other grocery stores on all sides, and great food within blocks.

Cons:

Nothing - literally nothing. We loved everything about the hotel. Cannot say enough good things about this hotel!

didn’t even get to stay because they didn’t let me, terrible service

nothing because they didn’t even let me stay there, even tho it’s been paid for and i never cancelled it

Cons:

you guys didn’t even let me stay, even tho i called around 4pm yesterday to ask about the hotel and not once did the lady tell me she was gonna cancel my hotel stay, the miscommunication is insane and telling me my room is cancelled after driving 2 hours to get there is just not right, you also never gave me my money back and you guys say you don’t have the money but it was charged.

Location was great hotel needs a remodel.

Cons:

The alarm clock starting going off at 5am and there was no off button it looked like it was broken off so had to keep hitting snooze.
The toilet seat is so low to ground it’s really strange.
The balcony window was very dirty.

It was a lovely experience and we would go back.
Pros:

We stayed at the hotel for one night. The staff was so friendly and helpful. You need to give these people a raise.

Cons:

Wish we could have had a glass of wine at Rye before 2:30 pm. We were on vacation for one night.

Don’t stay here, not worth the price
Pros:

It was in a less busy area..

Cons:

The ENTIRE time we were there it stunk of marijuana. We called the front desk several times and they never offered to do anything but just said “well I guess we can move you” I paid over a $1000 for my stay and it was terrible.
