Do atendimento, da estrutura do hotel, tanto os quartos quanto área externa

Do restaurante, deixa muito a desejar. Preço alto, poucas opções, não é bem servido. E para piorar, tem preços diferentes para o mesmo produto, dependendo de onde você compra. No quarto é um preço, no bar da piscina é outro, uma loucura isso, não faz o menor sentido.

Quiet and upscale hotel but with very thin walls
Pros:

Upscale location of hotel; very nicely decorated lobby; good restaurant and very good breakfast. Hotel staff is overall friendly and helpful.

Cons:

No porter to help with luggage up the room. Rooms are not soundproofed at all - sleeping was thus very limited!

As acomodações, o serviço, as comidas e os drinks são excelentes!

Cons:

No último dia fizemos o check-out de madrugada. Havíamos combinado previamente com o gerente para deixar o café da manhã pronto para levarmos, porém, quando fizemos o check-out, não havia nada do nosso pedido anotado, apenas de outros hóspedes.

Esperava bem mais pelo nome da marca.

Localização em frente à praia. Cordialidade dos funcionários.

Cons:

O chão estava molhado, juntou água na parte dos rejuntes, era desagradável andar descalça e os lençóis estavam com manchas e não tinham um bom cheiro. Precisei colocar uma canga no travesseiro para conseguir dormir. Sensação que não trocaram a roupa de cama. Não gostei da experiência.

Hotel precisa se modernizar e de uma reforma. Equipe muito boa e com refeições deliciosas.

Hotel com equipe atenciosa na recepção, restaurante e na piscina. Concierge atencioso e solicito. Café da manhã delicioso. Serviço de piscina muito bom. Restaurante com bons pratos e saborosos.

Cons:

O quarto do hotel é antiquado, mal acabado , barulhento e o banheiro ruim. Decoração obsoleta. A localização do hotel fica na praia de Calhau numa região feia e com mar improprio para banho conforme placas colocadas no dia que fomos a praia.

Staff was very nice; there is a nice restaurant, pool, bar and small salon on site.

The property's age is showing and the prices are really high for what you get. The rooms are quite sad looking and a bit worse for wear.
