Great location and service
Pros:

I spent 6 nights here, and was very happy with my choice. It's well located with all the major sights within walking distance, and between two subway lines for travelling further afield. The breakfast is very good, with a huge range of options to satisfy most people. The hotel staff were all friendly too, not just reception but the cleaners and people working the top floor lounge.
Although the decor is maybe a little dated now, the room was very comfortable and I had a great view from the 35th floor. I liked having both a bath and shower available, too.
I'd certainly book here again if I come back to the city!

Cons:

Nothing really - you can sometimes wait a little while for an elevator... They aren't very fast and even with 5 or 6 of them they can be busy! I also hit breakfast one day when I think some large tour groups were there and actually struggled to find a free table for a minute - the team were doing a great job trying to keep up though. Finally, the air conditioning in my room wasn't super powerful, even though I turned the temp right down it never got properly cool, but it was okay. None of this would put me off staying again.

Très bonne expérience, Personnel très à l’écoute. La chambre est agréable est grande. Les lits sont conforts et ils sont faits tous les jours

Cons:

La chambre est très confortable mais certains meubles pourraient être changés (le canapé est un peu vieux) sinon tout est très bien

Pros:

The staff were good. The hotel is clean and well located.

Cons:

USB sockets did not work beside my bed. Plumbing was a little suspect but the staff fixed it.Disappointed we were not allowed use pool table having seen photos of it under our booking.

Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt im Glenview ITC Plaza Chongqing und waren mit allem sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel überzeugt durch geräumige, saubere und komfortable Zimmer, einen ausgezeichneten Service und ein sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist die hervorragende Lage. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und die Metro sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, sodass man Chongqing ideal erkunden kann.

Auch das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und bot eine große Auswahl an chinesischen und internationalen Speisen. Insgesamt stimmt hier einfach das Gesamtpaket: Komfort, Sauberkeit, Service und Lage.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen. Für einen Aufenthalt in Chongqing können wir das Glenview ITC Plaza uneingeschränkt empfehlen!
