Beautiful setting in an old building, and very well looked after.
Staff were all very friendly and spoke several languages.

The hotel was not full but there were barely enough sunbeds to get a spot at either pool past midday.
For a hotel of this standard you absolutely should have bottled water refilled every day in your room.
Eating outside in the beautiful surroundings is wonderful, but the amount of flies landing on the table and in your food while you’re eating is obtrusive. There should be a small gadget on each table to discourage them at least.
WiFi was too patchy in our room to watch Netflix or similar without having to log in and out several times an hour
Nothing.
What a finess. Place is whatever. Staff don’t smile and are kind of annoying. Food is terrible. We’re had lamb and it was the most disgusting piece of meat we’ve ever had. Chocolate cake was even bad. Tuna tar tar was ok. Take time to receive food and drinks. Room was old and bathroom had mold. We paid 700€ for one night. I paid crying inside because really the place is not worth even 200€.
Les jardins et le lieu qui est très espacé.
Trop de bruits le matin dans les couloirs par les femmes de ménage et le personnel. Les portes claquent, ça parle fort, on déplace les meubles pour le ménage, beaucoup trop de bruits ça gâche un peu le séjour.. Attention, les clients veulent la tranquillité dans un lieu comme ça.

The architecture and quiet countryside surroundings made it perfect for a relaxing stay with heritage and history. The pools were idyllic, with swallows flying overhead. The food was great and the staff were friendly.
Our air con was unusable as it smelt awful when turned on. Luckily it wasn’t very hot so we were happy without.

Unser Zimmer war in einem Bungalow. Das Hotelzimmer war doch arg in die Jahre gekommen. Fenster teilweise blind. Badezimmerspiegel massiv unterlaufen etc. Das Zimmer entspricht keinem Fünfsterne Hotel.

This is paradise. People are very welcoming and it was the perfect way to end my trip in Mallorca. The absolute calmness. The hotel feels like a village. It feels like walking inside a garden. The church inside, the absolute exquisite gym club, the spa is so beautiful.
Restaurant menu is very disappointing, no flavors, no surprise . Very basic and flat. German tourists will be very pleased.
The pool needs to get heated. It’s abnormal for an establishment like this to have freezing cold pools.
I enjoyed the quite relaxing atmosphere, I really liked the adult swimming pool and the whole area was very beautiful and relaxing.
Unfortunately I was really dissapointed with this stay. I was here for a 1 night stay only with my little dog. I asked for an early check in before my stay and it was upon availability. On a day of arrival we were waiting for our room from about 12.00 to 3.30 pm...I was told several times, that I will be called when the room is ready, but that did not happen. With my dog I could not wait by the swimming pool or in the restaurant, we could only walk outside or sit at the pool bar and it was very hot. The room was pretty old, no special features, no view at all, very simple room on a ground floor.In the eveving I found out a wasps nest at our terrace and a lot of wasps around us...I called the reception and ask to change our room, because I am allergic to wasp sting. I was told the hotel is fully booked and they only can send the technitian to kill the wasps...he came, he used a sprey to kill them - of course they were confused and started flying around so he ran to the room close the door and told me not to use the terrace, because the spray is toxic......?!!!!! Crazy....The final disappointment was at the breakfast:( I was told I could sit anywhere I like, but nobody ever approach me with the menu or drink order. I was waiting more then 30 minutes, it was embarrassing as other people were served immediately..I have to approach the staff myself to ask for a cappuccino and then waited for another 15 minutes and again no ala card order. I approached the staff again and one of the managers finally assured me that he will take my order. However it was so embarassing, I felt I am unvisible for the restaurant staff and I heard how nicely they were talking to other guests, mostly families or couples.
