Great location and great staff for a get away trip!
Pros:

It was a great place to stay at for traveling around southern Rhode Island. The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable with great suggestions of restaurants and places to visit.

Location to the college was great and access to restaurants and shops

Cons:

The air conditioning in the rooms are outdated and very loud. They sound like a plane is about to take off which makes it hard to sleep

It was easy to get to, the staff was kind and courteous, the rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Clean, safe and comfortable place to stay while touring colleges with my son.
Pros:

Loved the warm welcome from staff, recommendations for where to eat and have ice cream, day round coffee and warm cookies.
The room was refreshingly clean and fragrant. We felt relieved to be at this hotel after two nights in bigger cities.

Cons:

Only that the dark roast coffee ran out at breakfast…

Don’t have room two months booked paid in full.

Cons:

Booked two months in advance and paid in full. Went to check in and they said my room wasn’t available. They had issue with rooms was told they had room at sister property down the road. That property is charging me now for staying there. I need a refund please.
