A good place to stay
Pros:

Central and near train station. Calm and kind atmosphere.

Cons:

The room was a bit small, but clean and with a view to the side street.

Great location and excellent luxury feel
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful, clean and in-room facilities are excellent. The location is also at walking distance to Sapporo station and walkable distance to Odori park and Susukino.

No self-service laundry facilities

大人のホテル
Pros:

札幌の老舗ホテルというば札幌グランドホテルと思います。グランドホテルがリーズナブルな料金で泊まれるのは大変嬉しいです。仕事で宿泊しましたが、どこに行くにも徒歩圏内にあるため非常に便利でした。私はグランドホテルは好きなホテルです。ホテル内にレストラン、BAR等もあり大人のホテルの雰囲気です。

Cons:

ホテルの設備、特にユニットバス、トイレ等の古さは仕方ないと思います。順次改装をしているようですが、建て替えを待ってます。

Location is good but service affected because they don't speak English.
Pros:

The location is easily accessible.

Cons:

Staff were not able to respond to guests as they do not speak English. On several occasions, we needed urgent help, we were not able to get help as required. We need to depend alot of our own googling to get help.
