Pros:

Very convenient location and very nice staff!
Pros:

The location and the staff, especially staff. They speak multiple different languages and helped my elderly parents successfully to check in and travel by themselves. Also, they are very reasonable and helpful to accommodate my emergency situation. I will never forget this!

Cons:

The space and the furniture arrangement. A little too tight and the closet is hard to use.

最高でした。ぜひまた利用したいと思います。
Pros:

2日ともバイキングの朝食をいただいたが、両日ともとてもおいしく連日の利用でも飽きないように工夫されている。また、スタッフの対応もとても丁寧で、室内清掃のリクエストにもきちんと対応していただいた。

Cons:

ホテル内のレストランの営業時間が短く、20:30に到着した時点で既にほとんどがラストオーダーの時間であったため、しかたなく外に食べに行った。

スタッフの対応も素晴らしいですし、朝食、夕食、パン等何をいただいても美味しく、ホテルの中で過ごす時間がとても快適でした！

Cons:

別館の宿泊でした。
バスルームだけは古さが目立っていて残念でした。
