So convenient, nearby a several convenience stores, train station, odori park

Cons:

Rooms were a bit old, did not have enough storage space, very small bathrooms, aircon not functioning well

Centrally located luxury hotel with very attentive staff. Overall very comfortable and safe.

Cons:

Has some rooms facing inwards, and so be careful not to get one of those. The bathroom fittings also dated in these rooms.
The reception opens for checking in at 3 PM. And there forms an impossible queue. It took us over 45 minutes to reach the counter. One can’t understand as to why they cannot note the particulars and verify the passports etc. as you arrive, and allocate the rooms after 3 PM. So many guests arrive early and their check in forms can be done as they arrive. This is what most sensible hotels do, so that the waiting time at 3 PM is less, and the people don’t have to queue up for long. This is the unique feature of this hotel that they can easily address.

현관과 침실과 옷장, 그리고 화장실의 공간 분리가 되어 있어 너무 쾌적했어요! 그리고 지나다니는 복도가 좁지 않아서 짐을 놓거나, 지나다니는 데 있어 너무 편안함을 느꼈습니다!!

숙소 이용에 둔한 편은 아닌데도 불구하고, 불편함이 딱히 느껴지지 않았어서 없습니다
