Heerlijk weekje in de watten gelegd.
Pros:

Ontzettend vriendelijk en gastvrij personeel. Mooie faciliteiten.

Cons:

Er was weinig op aan te merken. Enig minpuntje was dat er veel onbeschofte Russen waren. Maar hier kan het hotel natuurlijk niet zoveel aan doen.

Een groen luxe resort waar je leeft in een paradijs.
Pros:

Het is een prachtig groen resort. Echt een paradijs! Heel veel bloemen- bomen en heerlijke zitplekjes. Fantastisch eten in veel verschillende restaurants. All a carte lunchen- dineren of bij het buffetrestaurant. Alles is mogelijk. Het personeel kan niet goed voor je doen. En dit zonder fooi te verwachten! Soms voelt het juist heel ongemakkelijk, omdat ze zo bereidwillig zijn. We gaan hier zeker terugkomen. Ontzettend bedankt voor alles Ela!

Cons:

- geen verbetering. Als ik een puntje moet noemen vind ik het jammer dat er buiten nog geen entertainment was in de avond. Ze waren dit nu (eind april) aan het opvouwen.

Pros:

Мы уже второй раз отдыхаем в этом отеле и остались очень довольны. После первого визита нам предоставили комфортный номер, за что отдельная благодарность администрации. Наш отдых прошёл прекрасно, атмосфера была очень приятной, сервис на высоком уровне. Ребята, одним словом, молодцы — стараются на все сто, всегда внимательные и дружелюбные.

Особенно хотим отметить массажиста Хатуну — замечательный специалист с золотыми руками. После массажа чувствовали себя великолепно.

Спасибо за тёплый приём и прекрасный отдых. Обязательно вернёмся снова!

Food and drinks were excellent.
Kids club was great.
Hospitality staff mostly brilliant, as well as the kids club staff. However found the reps and reception staff very frustrating at times when sorting any issues or questions, such as billing enquiries booking restaurants and reporting issues.

Cons:

Outdoor heated pool not warm enough. Waterslides were baltic and unusable. Indoor pool also too cold. Air con in rooms on winter mode which meant if sleeping on the mezzanine you would over heat and unable to sleep. Reported to the hotel about the issues from day 1 - but no resolutions which was disappointing. Would not return as main reason for booking this hotel was the heated outdoor pool - we even contacted the hotel prior to booking to ensure the pool was heated so feel let down. Especially when here for 10 nights with 3 children keen to swim.

The hotel is opulent with an elevated food offering. Staff (customer service staff in particular) really work hard to satisfy guests.

Cons:

The heating system is centralisedand we were therefore unable to adjust to our liking and it was too hot for us. We were very quickly moved to a room that was cooler, so our concerns were addressed well.

Мы посещали этот отель много раз. Всего три недели назад мы снова были здесь и отмечали день рождения самого близкого мне человека. Уже тогда у нас были некоторые проблемы, но мы предпочли промолчать.

Среди сотен отелей мы снова выбрали именно этот — для короткого уикенда. Однако наш стандартный выезд завтра в 12:00. У меня была запись в спа на 11:30, и я всего лишь попросила продлить номер до 13:00 — всего на один час.

Мне ответили, что это возможно только за дополнительную оплату.

Честно говоря, такой подход абсолютно неприемлем. Я побывала в тысячах отелей в разных странах, но с подобным отношением сталкиваюсь впервые. Это откровенно навязывающаяся денежная политика, полностью игнорирующая удовлетворённость гостей. Особенно неприятно было видеть это именно со стороны сотрудников ресепшена.

И в завершение хочу отметить: обслуживающий персонал был на высоте. Поскольку мы уже не в первый раз здесь, нас узнавали, и уровень сервиса с их стороны был действительно отличным. К ним у меня никаких претензий — только благодарность.

Ein absolut wundervolles Hotel. Qualifiziertes Personal, sauber und ordentlich, ausgezeichnetes und abwechslungsreiches Essen. Ich habe es meinen Freunden empfohlen und werde selbst auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Ein Hotel, in dem der Gast König ist.

Cons:

Ich würde empfehlen, das Reservierungssystem für Restaurants anzupassen. Wir waren mit unserer Familie in mehreren Zimmern im Urlaub und mussten für jedes Zimmer separat reservieren. Das finde ich etwas umständlich.

Es war eine unglaublich tolle Erfahrung in diesem Hotel! Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl und jeder Wunsch wird erfüllt. Alle Mitarbeiter – vom Service über die Köche bis zu den Assistenten – sind unglaublich freundlich, zuvorkommend und professionell.
Besonders Tamara, unsere Assistentin, war einfach wundervoll und hat unseren Aufenthalt noch schöner gemacht. Auch die Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel war immer top. Unsere Kinder wurden sehr liebevoll behandelt, wodurch eine familiäre Atmosphäre entstanden ist. Auch das Essen war immer sehr gut und alles war frisch zubereitet.

Wir haben noch nie ein so perfektes Hotel erlebt. Vielen Dank für alles! ⭐
