Pros:

I like Ramada as a major hospitality chain across the globe but not their Ramada Baku.

Cons:

The hotel staff canceled my booking right before the checkin. They sold it to somebody else at a higher price and hence come up with lame excuses.

I think someone needs to fire the booking staff from the main reception and hire someone professional from the hospitality industry.

So those who are booking this hotel from booking.com, beware. I booked weeks earlier and yet I had to book some other hotel while standing outside Ramada. The staff didn’t even bother to facilitate me with anything. The entire day my booking was showing as confirmed and I had to manually request booking.com to not charge me for it.

Apart from Beach nothing is soo good in this hotel. Very poor

Beach was good, breakfast is average, room is ok ok. Very poor staff services

Cons:

Very poor staff services for lunch dinner ddelivery to room. No Phone is working in any room. Utterly very poor services.

Pros:

Room size was excellent . Amenities were decent. Overall cleanliness was spot on. Room service and food options were good. Service was fast.

Cons:

Breakfast could be better. Indoor pool was warm but Olympic sized and 8 ft deep. My kids were looking forward to enjoying the pool but all throughout the pool was 8ft deep. Also the outdoor pool was not in use due to the cold weather. No beach facilities were open. Pool side restaurants were also closed. Probably not the best time to visit the property.

Hotel is far from main city also so take a bit of time to get to main attractions.

Beach is also just ok. Oily and blackish water

Overall just okay.

Pros:

Staff were generally helpfull, Good size rooms and bed. Good Location for the beach. Have own security so felt comfortbale

Cons:

Rooms are dated, would not consided them 4 star for Europe or USA Kettle broke during visit had phoned 3 times for a replacement but did not get replaced.

Odaya tek kişilik ek yatak istedik ama rahat değildi baza olsaydı daha iyi olurdu hazar denizide pisti bundan dolayı çok giremedik
