Returned to Clanard Court to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary, we held our reception there in 2006..we're very well looked after! Highly recommend!
My first visit .
A lovely setting and had a great breakfast menu all freshly prepared.
The friendly and helpful staff was key for myself.
Liked everything about it. No complaints. Facilities, staff and food excellent.
Everything else was great. Ample accessible parking, outdoor space for sitting in, beautiful reception area with space to relax, well appointed rooms, tastefully decorated.
We could have been provided with additional towels for our Garden Spa revive experience - we were told to use the towels in our room but there were only the bathroom towels available- none in the spa facilities so wet towels for shower afterwards.
I would have enjoyed my pre- dinner cocktail in the relaxing reception area before going to our table, so even though we were a half hour early for our table booking, I felt we were expected to take the table, as it was ready. They were very busy, though, so maybe the concern to look after us and get us fed took precedent over making sure we enjoyed the experience. Just a personal preference, I suppose.
Perfect cap to a long weekend in Ireland. Athy is my family’s home and the Clanard welcomed us as family.

Brussel sprouts (from the freezer) in the seasonal vegetable mix in June with fish. Not a good idea
We booked in a group for scones and tea while on a day excursion to Athy. The staff were wonderful and couldn't do enough for us. I would love to go back and stay for a couple of nights as the hotel is beautiful and in a quiet location. Thanks to all the staff for looking after us so well. A big thank you to the chef who made the delicious scones

Myself and my husband had a wonderful weekend at the Clanard Court. Our room was perfect getaway to unwind and recharge. The food was great. We really enjoyed our dinner on the Saturday night. Since it was my husband’s 40th we decided to take advantage of the lovely spa. It was lovely using the sauna and hot tub. We also had treatments with Tara which were fantastic! The staff at the hotel were so lovely and accommodating. They made our stay that extra bit special. Thank you for a great weekend, we will definitely to be back.

Stayed here for a Nissan Figaro rally, the team were exceptional, the hotel was stunning, clean and such a lovely vibe. One of the night receptionist even sewed my dress back together after a malfunction! Beautiful staff and venue.
Recently attended a wedding in the hotel. Excellent hotel, staff friendly & couldn't do enough for us. Food excellent. Rooms spotless & bed comfortable. Overall had a great stay & would definitely return.
