Awful, no sleep, bad location and far too expensive

We liked the staff as they tried to resolve the bad situation as best as they could.

Cons:

It was a bad choice to stay here as it is too far from the centre of Milan, but I thought we could have easy parking and take the Metro in. The Metro in is not so bad but the hotel is really in an industrial area and not picturesque at all. Our nightmare started with the fact that this hotel hosts parties at the weekend and they had music until the early hours and our room was at the back of the hotel. So we had to move rooms which was dealt with by the staff extremely well. In addition the party let off fireworks towards midnight. We eventually got some sleep but at 4am in the morning, the noise from the road outside from lorries was so bad we asked to move back to our previous room so we were away from the road. We asked if there was a party on the second evening and we were told no, but "Yes there was" and they were using the swimming pool, not playing loud music this time. I would advise avoid this hotel on the weekend if you want to sleep. The swimming pool was only open between 7pm and 10.30pm, so very limited and obviously one of our 2 evenings there was a party using the pool. For €700 for 2 rooms for 2 nights, it was way over priced. The pictures on the website gave me a false impression. I will think twice about staying with Best Western again !!

Hotel muy tranquilo, bonito vestíbulo con muchas plantas. Habitación amplia y cama cómoda.

Cons:

Hotel en zona apartada, al lado de polígono industrial. Bañera demasiado alta para entrar. La zona de la piscina necesita una limpieza urgente.

Confortable et très bon service
Pros:

Le personnel est très professionnel, gentil et polyglotte.
Le restaurant est bon. Un soir où il a été exceptionnellement fermé, le personnel m’a amenée gratuitement à un restaurant et est venu me chercher.
La piscine est bien aussi.
La chambre est spacieuse, propre, avec de l’espace de rangement.

Cons:

Les chambres ne sont pas insonorisées donc on entend la route devant. En revanche, elle est peu passante entre 23h et 7h.
Il n’y avait pas de serviettes à la piscine.
