Pros:

We were all women traveling in what we expected.Most was a nice hot shower depending on whether we took it in the morning or the afternoon.And that was not the case , so very disappointing

The lighting in the room and not being able to have hot water.Every time we took a shower

Cons:

I have no complaints. Everything worked fine. Friendly check In and check out staff, we was very pleased, would stay there again next time we are in Tampa.

Pictures show big pool…very small and off a parking lot with low fences.
Pros:

Daily bed and towel service

Cons:

The key cards were deactivated the day of check out, not allowing us to access the room after we had breakfast. The room next to us used the lock guard all morning with multiple doors opening and loudly slamming shut against the guard.
Disable the cards after the standard checkout time to avoid this in the future.

Pros:

Comfiest pillows and very spacious room. Staff was very friendly as well. Went for the BTS concert in Tampa and loved that the TV in the lobby was playing their music as well. If another trip to Florida comes up for me I sure hope it's something that is close enough so I can stay here again.
