- Lage, Messehallen direkt gegenüber des Hotels
- 2 Minuten zur Bahn
- gut angeschlossen. Man kommt schnell überall hin
- hilfsbereites und nettes Personal
- gut ausgestattetes Fitnessstudio
- Bodylotion und Spülung wird gestellt
- funktionierende Klimaanlage
- gute Betten
- nicht hellhörig
- Mitarbeiter des Restaurants sehr nett und hilfsbereit
- das Restaurantessen kann man bestellen, ist nicht schlecht
- sauber
- die Mitarbeitenden des Housekeepings hört man nicht, wenn sie freiwerdende Zimmer für die nächsten Gäste säubern
- Kühlschrank vorhanden
- man kann die Tür zusätzlich vor unbefugten Betreten verriegeln mit einer Vorrichtung auf Kopfhöhe
- es gab zwar Spülung und Bodylotion. Abgerundet hätte das Angebot aber mit Q-Tips, Wattepads und Schuhanzieher
- das Zimmer war an einigen Stellen abgewohnt (Stuhl, Teppich, Schrankecke, Waschbecken, Verglasung auf den Tischen ). Das müsste mal nachgebessert bzw. der Stuhl ausgetauscht werden. Beim Teppich betrifft es eine Handflächengröße, beeinflusst aber den Gesamteindruck. Es ist an einer Stelle abgenutzt und quasi nicht mehr existent. Der Teppich an sich ist sauber und riecht auch nicht.
- Beim Check-in Vorgang hätte ich mir Informationen zum Hotel gewünscht oder den Hinweis, wo ich mir die Informationen nachlesen kann ( wie WLan-Zugang, Fitnessstudio und deren Öffnungszeiten, Öffnungszeiten des Restaurants quasi was das Hotel neben dem Zimmer noch zu bieten hat etc. )
- Badezimmer relativ klein
Zimmerreinigung nur auf Bestellung, obwohl bezahlt, trotz ausdrücklicher Bestellung wurde sie nicht durchgeführt, als Entschuldigung gab es einen Gutschein ein kleines Getränk.
Matratzen sind sehr hart, Teppichboden und Stuhl zerschlissen.
