Pros:

Great location with major locations well connected with metro. The staff, the buffet and rooms were great. Totally worth the money.

Das einzige war das Frühstück.

Cons:

Das erste Zimmer war war eine Frechheit:
1. Schimmel im Badezimmer
2. Käfer über dem Bett
3. Mehrere Beschädigungen an den Möbeln bzw. Einrichtungen

Die Bedienung war mittelmäßig.
Man dufte mit dem Hund nicht in den Speisesaal.

Pros:

Die Lage gleich an der U2 ist sehr von Vorteil. Auch ladet das ausgedehnte Parkgebühr des Praters zu Spaziergängen ein.
Das Auto ist in der Tiefgarage im Hotel untergebracht. Kurze Wege und alles sehr praktisch.

Cons:

Ganz klar das Frühstück.
Die Eierspeisen hatte eine Konsistenz eines Isolierschaumes.. Und dann noch angebrannt.
Lieblos zubereitet und wahrscheinlich sogar ein Fertigprodukt .
Auch sonst sind die Produkte ohne Liebe zubereitet.
Sehr schade.

Very friendly and helpful staff, great location and Vienna is worth the visit
Pros:

The staff were really friendly. 2-3 mins to the nearest tube station and in central Vienna in 10 minutes

Cons:

If being really picky then more variety in the hotel restaurant but the food was excellent
