Pros:

It’s perfect location for appropriate price. About 15-20 min walk to old town and 5 min walk to supermarket. Breakfast is very good and had enough choices. No problem with car parking.

Für uns ein wirklich gutes Preis-Leistungs- Verhältnis, beim nächsten Trip in 2027 komme ich gerne wieder
Pros:

Gute Lage, um über die Brücke schon nach 20 min in der Altstadt zu sein; dazu gutes Zimmer mit Frühstück und kostenlosem Parkplatz

Cons:

Das Personal war irgendwie total unpersönlich, vielleicht (gerade im Frühstücksbereich) auch einfach überarbeitet? Aber keine Unhöflichkeit, bei Fragen gab es immer gute und klare Antworten.

Pros:

Unser Zimmer war relativ groß und wir hatten nach zwei Seiten einen sehr guten Ausblick auf die Umgebung.

Cons:

Wir mussten eine Kaution von 50 Euro für die Minibar bei der Anreise entrichten.
Das Personal im Frühstücksraum ist für etwas übermotiviert. Kaum das der Teller oder die Tasse leer ist wird es abgeräumt. Eine kurze Nachfrage ob es noch benötigt wäre hilfreich.

Pros:

Lo que sí nos gustó fue que el hotel ofreciera parqueo gratuito, que las habitaciones tuvieran aire acondicionado y que el desayuno estuviera incluido.

Cons:

La atención del hombre en la recepción no fue nada amable y no nos sentimos bienvenidos. Además, nos pareció muy extraño y preocupante que nos pidiera anotar en un papel los datos exactos de nuestra tarjeta de crédito. Por motivos de privacidad y seguridad, consideramos que este procedimiento es, como mínimo, muy poco habitual.

También fue muy desconfiado con respecto al minibar. Nos obligó a pagar un depósito, a pesar de que le explicamos que no íbamos a utilizar nada del minibar. En ningún otro hotel nos habían pedido algo parecido.

Por otro lado, nos cobraron un importe adicional bastante elevado por la cama de nuestra hija, a pesar de que ya habíamos pagado por su estancia. Nos pareció injustificado tener que pagar un extra simplemente por disponer de una cama para ella.

En definitiva, fue el primer hotel en el que nos encontramos con una actitud tan poco acogedora y desconfiada, además de varios cargos adicionales que consideramos injustificados. La experiencia en recepción fue muy desagradable y, lamentablemente, no nos sentimos tratados como huéspedes bienvenidos.
