The attractive last-minute discount was the main reason we chose this hotel.

Cons:

The breakfast service was disappointing. We arrived around 10:00, and breakfast ended at 10:30. A reminder seven minutes before closing was understandable, but the actual closure felt very abrupt and demonstrative. At exactly 10:30, the machines were quickly switched off, and curtains were drawn across the exit while guests were still eating at three other tables. I had to pull the curtains aside myself to leave. We felt rushed out and unwelcome.

The restaurant floor was sticky from spilled jam. The jam was thin and syrup-like, and the oranges and pears were served whole, unpeeled and uncut.

The young waiting staff appeared unhappy, and the service lacked warmth and hospitality.

Although the last-minute price was appealing, a discount does not justify poor service. Cleanliness and respectful treatment should be standard, especially at a four-star Superior hotel.

Minu abikaasa valis hotelli ja me oleme väga rahul. Järgmine kord valin mina selle hotelli.
Pros:

Olime broneerinud peatumiseks ainult ühe öö, selgus, et meil on vaja veel teinegi öö hotellis veeta. Õhtul ei olnud võiamlik samaväärset tuba saada, aga hommikul saime pikendada majutust ja olla samas toas ilma välja kolimata. Lahkusime järgmisel hommikul väga vara, meile pakiti meie hommikusöök kaasa. Super!

P.S. 10 korruse avatud kohvikust on super vaade linnale, on gaasi soojendus ja bleedid. + väga hea ja hooliv teenindus.
P.S.2 Linnas toimus ilutulestik, mis paisti meie akendesse ja saime sellest elamuse.

Õhtul toimunud ilustulestikust oleks võinud väike infoke olla, õnneks olid meie toa aknad linna poole ja me nägime seda oma toast. Võib olla oleks suurem elamus olnud 10 korruse avatud kohvikust vaadata.
