Important information:

The wellness center is open from 10:00 until 19:00 and is available for 3 hours per day, upon reservation. Guests aged 15 and under cannot access the wellness center.

Guests aged 13 and under cannot access the indoor pool. The indoor pool is heated from September to May.

Please note that extra beds are actually sofa beds.

Pros:

Die Lage und das Frühstück war super.

Cons:

Der Allgemeinzustand des Zimmer/Hotel war kein 5Sterne Hotel für mich eher ein 4Sterne.
Der Hotelparkservice hat meine Fahrzeug beim parkieren gegen ein anderes Fahrzeug gefahren und zuerst behauptet es war nicht seine schuld.

Hotel mit Licht und Schatten. Keine 5 Sterne, sehr teuer aber sehr gute Lage!

Die Außenanlagen (Pool, Garten) sind sehr schön. Der Wellnessbereich im Prinzip auch. Es gibt auch eine E-Ladesäule. Das ursprüngliche Zimmer wurde getauscht, da es wirklich für diesen Preis nicht "passte"! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Schöner Hotelbereich im Eingang! Die Lage direkt am See wie auch die Verkehrsanbindung TOP!

Cons:

Bei einem 5-Sterne-Hotel hätte ich mir vor allem beim Frühstück mehr erwartet. Es war zwar alles da (normales Continental-Frühstück), aber eben auch nicht viel mehr! Von 3 Saunen war eine defekt und der "Außenbereich" dazu ist ein Witz in Punkto Größe und Sauberkeit! Ein Wasserschaden an der Decke zog sich fast über das gesamte Schwimmbad. Die Preise im Hotel für Bewirtungen jeglicher Art sind sehr sehr hoch und € 7,00 Gedeckgeld pro Person sind bei den eh schon sehr hohen Preisen ebenfalls nicht nachvollziehbar. Bei der Ladesäule (ca. 10KW/Std.) werden pauschal € 15,00 PRO STUNDE berechnet. Auch dies finde ich auch völlig überzogen. Das Zimmer war trotz der nächst höheren Kategorie "überschaubar" groß. Das erste Zimmer, welches wir bekommen sollten, ging gar nicht.

Splendido davvero! dalla colazione, alla spa interna e piscina esterna per approfittare delle giornate di sole. siamo state benissimo! inoltre ci sono dei ristoranti, consiglio vivamente il rivale abbiamo mangiato molto bene!

Cons:

l'unica nota che mi sento di fare é che con un hotel del genere la piscina esterna riscaldata sarebbe stata la ciliegina sulla torta! per il resto tutto perfetto

Pros:

Bella struttura, soprattutto la zona colazione con vista sul lago di Garda.

Cons:

Nel complesso il soggiorno è stato piacevole e la struttura si conferma di alto livello, tuttavia ci sono stati un paio di aspetti migliorabili.
In camera abbiamo trovato il dispenser del bagnoschiuma della doccia vuoto: un dettaglio piccolo, ma che in una struttura di questo standard fa la differenza. Se un servizio viene messo a disposizione, dovrebbe essere sempre curato e completo.

Inoltre, avevamo scelto questa struttura anche per usufruire della spa, con l’idea di dedicarle almeno un’ora. Al nostro arrivo però ci è stato comunicato che era al completo. Abbiamo quindi dovuto riorganizzare il pomeriggio, cosa un po’ spiacevole considerando che si trattava del weekend di compleanno del mio compagno.
Successivamente, tornando in struttura quasi in orario di chiusura, abbiamo chiesto nuovamente se fosse possibile accedere alla spa. La risposta è stata inizialmente piuttosto frettolosa, ma dopo una verifica ci è stato concesso l’ingresso per l’ultima ora. A quel punto, però, la spa risultava poco affollata (erano presenti solo poche coppie), il che ha lasciato un po’ di perplessità sulla gestione delle disponibilità.
Piccole accortezze che, se migliorate, renderebbero l’esperienza davvero impeccabile!

Parfait hôtel d'affaires
Pros:

Nous avons été surclassés en chambre rénovée sans demander donc très contente moi qui m'étais dit "vu le peu de temps passé en chambre pas nécessaire de payer plus" ! Accueil super sympathique et clair, petit sachet de biscuits alsaciens offert. Propreté parfaite de la chambre. Carafe en verre dans la chambre avec possibilité de se servir à la fontaine à eau sur l'étage. Très joli et vaste hall aéré qui venait d'être décoré pour la saison printanière ! A recommander si vous avez un spectacle au Pavillon de la Musique... c'est pile à côté !

Rien... nous y reviendrons !

We stayed at this hotel as a group of families, with both adults and children. Before making the reservation, there was no clear information or warning about restrictions related to children. However, after booking, we started receiving multiple messages with rules such as limited swimming pool hours for children and restrictions on where and when they could be present.

Once we arrived, we tried our best to follow all the rules, including making a reservation for the pool during the allowed hours. Despite this, we were repeatedly warned by staff while simply spending time with our children. The children were not behaving excessively loud—they were just playing and enjoying themselves in a normal way, as children do. Still, we were approached several times and even told that we might have to leave because of the noise.

This made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. We could not relax, enjoy our time, or even interact freely with our children without worrying about being warned again.

We understand that the hotel may want to maintain a quiet environment, and we respect that. However, this should be made very clear before booking. If such strict rules apply to children, it would be more appropriate for the hotel to clearly state that it is an adults-only or not suitable for families with children.

Overall, while the hotel itself is nice, our experience was disappointing due to the lack of transparency and the way the situation was handled.
