Pros:

The location, considering the meetings were held at the premises.

Food was just OK and the hotel, over all, has peculiar distribution of halls in a labyrinthian way. The premises are getting old and decay.

Das Hotel hat für südamerikanische Verhältnisse einen sehr guten Standard die Leistungen sind solide mittlerweile über einen längeren Zeitraum und das Hotel ist sauber

Cons:

Das Aushängeschild des Hotels war der Fitnessraum, der aus meiner Sicht gemessen an den anderen Hotels, die ich dort besucht habe, ein Alleinstellungsmerkmal war. Leider ist dieser Fitnessraum außer Betrieb und wird für seltsame Zwecke verwendet. Was die Geräte betrifft, gibt es einen Investitionsstau. Diese sind schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen.

Friendly staff, comfortable room, and delicious breakfast made this a good option
Pros:

Front desk staff were always around and helpful with any questions or issues that arose. Maintenance is available 24/7 in case anything goes wrong. Hotel is very quiet with strong AC so sleeping is heaven. Cecilia, Chañar, and Ana were awesome.

Cons:

Lights are all on timers and you have 5 seconds to enter before it gets dark. It can be challenging if one is older with slow reflexes. Also, a room card key is needed to have the lights working in the rooms so a security light cannot be left on when leaving the room.

Cuando llegamos fue dos horas antes de la de las 15:00 hs. Nos acercamos a la recepción, nos identificamos y preguntamos si ya se podía ingresar a la habitación porque tuvimos un viaje largo y estábamos cansados, la chica que nos atendió revisó nuestra reserva y vio que todo estaba bien y que la habitación ya estaba disponible, pero el muchacho que estaba a lado de ella dijo que no era posible y que todavía no era el horario, nos pareció raro ya que con lo que dijo la chica creíamos que ya era posible y que parecía que el muchacho nomas no quería que ingresemos ya a la habitación !!!
