En general las instalaciones están bien y limpias,

Me gustó comprobar que todos los servicios ofrecidos estaban disponibles y en excelentes condiciones. Mi hijo tenía mucho interés en conocer el gimnasio; fue de su agrado y pudimos disfrutarlo con tranquilidad porque no estaba ocupado. La piscina fue, sin duda, lo que más le gustó.
En general, considero que todas las instalaciones están muy bien pensadas y guardan armonía entre sí. Será mi primera opción cuando necesite hospedarme nuevamente y, por supuesto, un hotel que recomendaría.
No encontré ningún aspecto negativo; todo fue genial y disfruté mucho mi estancia.

El hotel en general se ve sucio. La habitación estaba sucia y las alfombras muy manchadas. Así mismo, pedí room service y el agua me la subieron en vasos sucios que tenían labial rosa así mismo me subieron una mayonesa llena de migajas de pan y otros restos de alimentos. Así mismo, las tazas para el café se encontraban sucias.

the room was not clean, bed to hard, I was planned 5 night and just was 1 night because my back was on pain.
