Hotel close to the Malpensa airport with disappointing service experience
Pros:

The rooms were fine as well as the restaraunt service.

Cons:

The hotel is quite outdated and in clear need of renovation, which takes away from the overall impression, even though the rooms themselves are actually quite nice and the bed was comfortable.

Unfortunately, our experience with the reception staff was extremely disappointing. They were unhelpful, dismissive, and showed a lack of basic professionalism, especially regarding the transfer from Malpensa Airport. We were given unclear and confusing instructions, and despite following them carefully, the shuttle never arrived. We waited at the correct pickup spot for no reason, which was incredibly frustrating and poorly organized.

What made the situation worse was the complete lack of responsibility afterwards: no explanation, no apology, and no attempt to resolve the issue or acknowledge the inconvenience caused.

The restaurant staff were fine and more professional, but unfortunately this did not compensate for the negative experience at reception. Overall, the poor communication, disorganization, and rude behavior from the front desk significantly ruined our stay. Basic courtesy and respect toward guests were simply not met, which is unacceptable for a hotel experience.

I think all hotels around Milan airport are pretty basic and in the middle of nowhere in run down neighbourhoods you wouldn’t stay at these hotels as a base for any sightseeing it’s really for a nights sleep before or after a flight it’s a long train ride or expensive taxi into Milan cbd
