A shuttle service too far??
Pros:

The hotel was excellent.

Cons:

A shuttle service to the airport would improve the stay markedly.

The hotel is a good walk from the bus stop. Furthermore the bus can be late or too full, which in the heat can make for a stressful journey to airport.

Not all receptionists were friendly, or smiling. Giving short answers, especially if you addressed to them in English

Pros:

The room was very clean and comfortable, very close to the airport.
The staff was friendly and welcoming and altogether the experience was smooth and pleasant.

Cons:

The bathroom was quite old especially the shower was not really practical to use
