Great stay would go back !
Pros:

Good location ( 10 minute walk to town, 3 minutes from tram, 1 minute from gorgeous park / lake

Breakfast !! Good choice good quality

Staff: very friendly and helpful.

Gym: fantastic gym: ( but opens late during weekend )

Good value for money , especially we went during marathon weekend.

Cons:

The sauna was separate ( it’s a Finnish tradition, we didn’t know. Just mentioning it, for anyone not Finnish, you won’t be able to have a nice relax with your girlfriend.

Also the gym / pool was crazy busy since it’s open to externals.

We enjoyed our stay, the room was great, staff friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious.

Relaxted en je voelt je snel thuis.
Pros:

Geweldig ontbijt met uitstekende service van het personeel.
Binnen 10 minuten lopen sta je in het centrum.
's Avonds aan de bar meedenkend en hulpvaardig personeel.
Voldoende plaatsen beneden om rustig te werken of te lezen.
Dit hotel is zeker de moeite waard om te bezoeken en kom hier de volgende keer weer terug.

Cons:

Entree naar de parkeergarage was wat moeilijk te vinden.
Tijd in de lift stond nog op wintertijd :)

Very Good Hotel
Pros:

Spent a few days staying at the Crowne Plaza Helsinki, a very good hotel which is well situated on Mannerheimintie road with easy access to the tram network and if you like a short 10 min walk into the city centre. Stayed in a King Premium Club lounge room which was well laid out with seperate bathroom, the bed was comfortable and cleanliness was very good. The only downside to the room was that it had an adjoining door to the room next door and the occupant of that room for thefirst couple of nights had their tv on until 3.00am (although the volume was very low) the room gave us access to the Club Lounge which although on the slightly small side was never over subscribed, the afternoon canopes and happy hour was from 6.00 - 8.00pm which made for a nice change to be later to allow for more sightseeing, the food selction was nice and varied as was the wine & beers, breakfast also taken in the lounge was a full range of cold meats, cereals, fresh fruits, pastries & some hot selections, service by the staff throughout the hotel was excellent, the bar area was just across from the mian reception, next to the restaurant, this is a good hotel if you are visiting Helsinki on business or as a tourist.
