Sehr schöner Pool und Außenbereich.
Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Balkon könnte etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit beim reinigen bekommen und einmal neu gestrichen werden.

The bed was uncomfortable, the room cleanliness was not very good, and there was no kettle in the room.
The pool was lovely and the breakfast was delicious. Rooms were good and very comfortable . Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotels website advertises 3x restaurants but only the Altitude restaurant was open. Piano bar and buffet restaurant was closed. The restaurants in the arr are all closed and the surrounding area is fairly run down. The lifts in the hotel need attention with only 1 operational. We should have been told.by booking.com that restaurants are under construction
