Good service, but room ventilation is a major safety hazard
Pros:

The rooms are comfortable and most staff are attentive, but a severe lack of attention to detail ruined our stay. We were given a room with a broken AC. Because the room was completely sealed with no fresh air, the intense humidity caused my mother to panic, feel claustrophobic, and struggle to breathe.

Though we were eventually upgraded to a better room, we wasted our entire night moving all our luggage in the middle of the night. We kept juggling between rooms from 2:30 AM to 6:00 AM.

Advice to Management: You must test all ventilation and AC systems before charging guests or letting anyone into a room. In airtight hotels, a total lack of air is a serious medical and safety hazard. Do not wait for a tragedy to happen before making room inspections mandatory.

It’s bad
Pros:

This time I had the worst experience. As being a member the stay was so basic. I’m so disappointed that I’ll never ever stay in Crown Plaza again.

Cons:

I know that the floor and room depends upon the availability but there’s a way how you talk and I talked to a guy and he’s so rude. I didn’t expect this behavior from the staff.
