Dodgy air conditioning

the staff were friendly and tried their best despite the circumstances.

Cons:

When we checked in we found that had not been assigned the requested room and had to return to reception to be given a different room. Just as we were going to bed later that evening sparks started flying from the air conditioner grate in our room followed by a burning plastic smell. We immediately contacted reception and they moved us to a different room. Unfortunately the air conditioning in the room didn't work and what followed was a very sticky night without much sleep which was concerning as I had a presentation to give for work the next morning. The hotel staff were apologetic but did not offer a discount on our room or other concessions. We won't be returning.

Pros:

Location is perfect for visiting other areas. We have stayed here several times and have never been disappointed. Our room has always been clean, and breakfast is the perfect start to our day.

Cons:

The extractor fan in the rooms we have stayed in have never worked.

Not worth the £119 I paid, No facilities, Rude staff and Filthy room.
Pros:

Size of the room and bathroom.

Cons:

There was no vending machine, room was so dirty, cobwebs everywhere, dust, dirt over the floor, spare bed was filthy. Was utter disappointed. Also found the staff a bit rude in the morning. Laughing in my face when I was clearly in a bad situation with my anxiety.
