Great place, clean and new
Pros:

1st time in a holiday inn and I think it beats premiere inn and travelodge

Pros:

Very conveniently positioned for what we wanted. Room reasonable size and comfy bed. Good shower.

Cons:

Room heating not very responsive to controls. No loo brush.

Brilliant staff
Pros:

Excellent staff, Sarah,Ricky, Becky, and others can't remember the names but great they are always helpful and make you feel welcome,

The room location, as people outside the window late at night smoking instead of the smoking area

Great budget stop over
Pros:

Nice location in the pretty village of Minster and handy for Ramsgate etc

We had a very nice time and was very happy at the cleanliness of it
Pros:

Was very pleased with the hotel us was very clean and tidy it also smelt very nice.

Cons:

I would have preferred the bed be a bit lower, it was very high and had trouble getting into it.
Would have liked the breakfast be up to 11am

Good, apart from the other guests.
Pros:

Clean, comfortable and fine for an overnight stay. Staff were absolutely lovely, very accommodating.

Cons:

There was a very large group of people staying the night before a wedding. Unfortunately they were loud and drunk and took up all of the restaurant and bar for the whole evening and the next morning. The staff did their best to serve us but were rushed off their feet dealing with the wedding guests.

We stayed over after a wedding. And thank goodness we could check in around 12:30 which was amazing.
