El ingreso fue muy cómodo al igual que el parqueo, las habitaciones bien limpias y me gustó el hecho que puedan recibir mis paquetes que pedí por amazon. Se pasaron, volvería definitivamente
Beds and pillows were super comfortable, slept very good in terms of comfort. Absolutely loved the hot tub. Price was fair and staff were super friendly. Location was nice as well, and I loved the breakfast.
Pool wasn't very clean and way too warm given the season. Walls were not very sound proof, got woken up twice both nights by the people upstairs and next door banging and stomping. That was the first time I've ever had that issue in a hotel. Room was super dry, my wife got pretty sick from it since she has bad lungs. Would have liked more toilet paper in the room as well, we were given the bare minimum. Overall, I preferred the Holiday Inn Express in Deadwood, SD more than this one.
This hotel sufficed for the one-night stay needed for my trip. It was clean and met my expectations.
Bed was comfy. Biscuits and gravy for breakfast were good.
AC was noisy but worked well.
great, friendly helpful staff
could use firmer pillows
Very clean and everyone friendly
Nothing
I like that I didn't have to pay over 300.00 for a night in this hotel because of the date I chose.
I didn't like that the baseboards were dirty. That grout was missing from the tiles on the bathroom floor. That they didn't have half & half for the coffee. That we had to go downstairs for the coffee.
The breakfast was wonderful comfy beds
Only complaint would have liked cups in the room
we walked into the place an hour late, check in is at 3pm we came in at 4pm. no rooms were cleaned at all becuase they had a few people leave at checkout time which is 11-12. they had hours to get it cleaned and we had it booked for months. we were told to wait a extra half hour for our room to get cleaned then the owner very rudely told us he doesn’t have to rent a room to us, then continued to be rude talking to us so we had to just leave, the front desk worker then told my grandpa to “stop staring at me your creeping me out” when he was looking at the candy choosing what he wanted before we left. this place is very rude and disrespectful. nor do they have good cleaning services. they can’t get anything done besides complaining.
Day staff was very rude!!!
