Comfy Space
Pros:

Location was great and Portlander was a great restaurant. Spa and Pool are was great. Bed was super comfy

Room Service Breakfast was cold and eggs very runny! Not very many GF options

Pros:

Staff welcoming and helpful, allowed early check in and a room with accessible bathroom on request - much appreciated. Rooms quiet, comfy bed, excellent pool , sauna spapool facilities - small gym but good.

Aucun ustensile de cuisine ! Ni poêle ni casserole ni cuillère rien !
Uniquement quatre assiettes, quatre fourchettes, quatre couteaux et on fait quoi avec une cuisine équipée en cuisine avec quoi ? Il a carrément l’fallu pleurer à la réception pour avoir une poêle misérable, une vieille poêle et une casserole alors ça a été la quoi la croix et la bannière ils ont été la chercher, je sais où l’nettoyer au dernier moment et nous l’ont donné l’air un peu stupéfait.!!!!
La piscine était étouffante aucune évacuation d’air ! Et hurlements d’enfants car aucune consigne même les petits de 4 ans dans le sauna a gueuler !!!!!
Le chauffage est vieux et nul ! On s’est gelé

Was okay for value. Had the tv and aircon worked it would have been amazing

The breakfast was great. The staff were great and the bed was super comfy

Cons:

The TV stopped working all together for about an hour while we were watching it.
The air con was set to heating and was blowing cold the entire time plus the screen on the air con remote was not working so we couldnt adjust the temperature and had to turn it off all together because the room was freezing.

Fabulous Central location
Pros:

Close proximity to the railway station was perfect 👌

A request for Help with getting the Heater working effectively came very quickly after contacting reception. Extremely grateful for that.

Cons:

The lift doors tended to shut a bit quicker than normal so that caused a few problems. Luckily we got used to it eventually.

Welcoming, good quality and fairly priced
Pros:

Friendly welcoming staff, great location, room was well fitted out, clean and quiet. The cost (we booked very last minute when our flight got cancelled) was fair.

Cons:

Nothing. It was a great room for the price and the staff were pleasant and helpful.
