Location was excellent
We were told there was no air conditioning which we accepted but on our 3rd floor there was works being carried out.There ws cables dangling from the ceiling and tools and parts left lying around.That floor should have been closed for health and safety reasons and guests should not have been staying on that floor.Very disappointed

Close to the train station - getting in and out of London. Spotlessly clean. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast included and plenty of choice
Unfortunately the A/C was out of order🙄. Fans were provided and they were somewhat helpful but it was still very warm in the room and made the stay a little uncomfortable
