The staff are all so lovely in there make you feel very welcome and I go back there every time it’s a really nice environment and the beds are super comfy

Convenient location for what we needed.
The hotel room wasn’t very clean. We had someone else’s hair on the shower walls, the bed sheets felt crusty and it was generally dirty and smelly. The breakfast wasn’t very nice either.
The breakfast is very varied and tastes delicious, the beverage selection is extensive and includes alternative teas. The vegan option is available upon request.
The rooms are very clean and accessible, the bathrooms are adequate whilst being practical and efficient.
The lights beside the bed are not as easily movable and a little noisy. However they’re still useful and not a downside just an inconvenience.

The staff were all brilliant and nothing was too much. They greeted us on arrival and we're friendly and kind. They let me store my breastmilk in the fridge and collect it at the end of the day. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Easy access good location with local eminitys. Staff friendly and approachable. Clean tidy rooms and in and around the hotel.
Parking was at a premium when I returned late at night.
Breakfast was tolerable but not the greatest over cooked croissant burnt. Over cooked bacon. Poor quality juice Orange and Apple. Once bitten and all that.
