The most disappointing stay and not worth the amount we maid.
Pros:

Nothing except the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The room, the smell, the follow through from staff. Our room 120 looked like it shouldn’t have been offered to guests. The bed was the only thing in good shape. Guests were smoking and the room had stains and holes everywhere

Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Brampton. The Hotel was clean & welcoming & our room was ready on arrival. The pool area was nice and warm, we will definitely return to this hotel.
Our only concern was the tiny breakfast area & limited breakfast choices.
