Staff were super attentive, property was nice, only jere for 4 days but staff couldn't do enough for us.

Cons:

All menus, drinks list etc were all on QR codes and phones. We couldn't go to dinner or for a drink without a phone to look at the menu

Exceptional service, great location.
Pros:

The staff are exceptional at making you feel welcome and they are of great service to you. This is really a stand out point of this resort, all the staff we interacted with were super helpful and friendly during our stay. Snorkeling and glass bottom boat is top class and included. Food is amazing and great variety of choice each time.

Nous n'avons séjourné qu'une seule nuit pour pouvoir nous rendre à l'île aux Cerfs.

Cons:

La piscine n'offre aucune intimité en étant plantée au milieu de l'hôtel sur le passage des aller retour au bar- de l'accueil... pas du tout cozy. Nous n'avons pas apprécié la cuisine du buffet très cher en rapport qualité-prix. Nous n'avons pas apprécié l'ambiance et le style de clientèle mais c'est un avis très personnel.
Globalement une nuit pour nous mais nous ne recommandons pas pour un séjour plus long.
