Schöne, angenehme Tage unter freundlichen Menschen.
Pros:

Das Personal war extrem aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet, sehr gutes Buffet. Es gab genug Liegen an der Unterkunft, und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war wirklich sehr gut.

Cons:

Vielleicht könnten noch mehr Transfers auf die Ile aux Cerfs angeboten werden, da sie sehr begehrt sind.

A beautiful relaxing vacation
Pros:

The staff was lovely and welcoming especially Arvin from the restaurant manager, Nadia from the spa her massage was the best deep tissue, and our housekeeping he made towel animals for us every day and we had a towel war. I loved the gym also small but has dumbbells, water station, and if you bring your own workout mat because the surface is a little rough to lay on.

Cons:

The WiFi kept shutting off in parts of the hotel and the only places it worked was the room, poolside, and inside. If you go too far it cuts off.

Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel, le buffet, le grand lit confortable et la possibilité de partir en excursion à l’île aux cerfs facilement.

Cons:

Nous avons eu des fourmis dans la chambre et une problématique avec l’évacuation des wc de notre chambre.

Nous y avons séjourné 3 jours et avons vraiment apprécié le personnel et les repas étaient délicieux.
Pros:

Le personnel était très avenant et sympathique.

Une merveilleuse expérience dans un cadre idyllique avec du personnel souriant et avenant.
Pros:

La gentillesse, la disponibilité de tout le personnel de la femme de chambre en passant par le cuisinier, la réception.
Merci à Nazima qui a pris soin de notre chambre. Grace à Imla et Nadia du SPA nous avons pu profiter d’un massage à deux qui était parfait.
Le buffet est un vrai régal…!
Merci au cuisinier qui nous a fait un gâteau d’anniversaire que nous n’avions pas demandé. Attention qui nous a touché 🥰.

Cons:

Petit bémol nous concernant… les desserts n’étaient pas à notre goût mais il y avait toujours desserts fruits frais.
Les assiettes sont parfois débarrassées un peu vite.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt, hätten uns aber mehr Pflege der Zimmer gewünscht

- Zimmer zwar schön eingerichtet, jedoch nicht gut gepflegt.
- Die Türen sind undicht, es sind Ameisen überall verteilt durch das Zimmer
- Sauber gemacht wird nur oberflächlich, sehr viel Staub im Zimmer

Pros:

Het hotel is op een mooie locatie, je hebt vanuit je kamer prachtig uitzicht op zee. Daarnaast zijn er voldoende mogelijkheden om te relaxen en doet het personeel er alles aan om het naar de zin te maken.

Cons:

De gedienstigheid van het personeel is soms een beetje ongemakkelijk. De kamers zijn gedateerd/versleten en daardoor doet het hier en daar een beetje viezig aan. Het bed wordt heel vreemd opgemaakt met losse lakens rondom een dekbed, wat allemaal los gaat. Het eten in het buffetrestaurant was oké, maar meer ook niet. Vooral de toetjes waren smakeloos, ze zien er lekker uit maar smaken naar niks.
