Wonderful setting to see the sights of Venice

As described, concierge very helpful, good overall stay.
Pros:

Amazing location (easy to get to from water transit), short walking distance to main area of San Marco.
Great coffee shops, juice shops, restaurants and bars near by.

Cons:

Not the properties fault, but there was a lot of construction from 8am and went all day.
Also very close to a bell tower that goes off at 7am, every hour, lucky were early risers so didn’t impact us as we were already awake.

Good option for a short stay
Pros:

A really cute hotel in a perfect location in Venice, had everything you needed for the couple of days I was staying.

Cons:

Room was a bit small and you can hear quite a lot of noise from the shared corridor but it's nothing major

Brilliant hotel really added to the experience.
Pros:

Lovely Hotel, excellent location for walking and water transportation links. All the staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast was great again friendly helpful staff.
Looking forward to next time!

Very old Italian hotel with direct views that are hard to beat
Pros:

The location of this hotel was excellent. Right in front of the public transport made for getting luggage to your hotel quick. The view cant be beat. I wanted Italian charm and I did get it.. the mattress was firm, which i like. The shower had a door, good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The bathroom was a bit tight and I couldn't get the towel warmer rack to work but maybe that was me. The windows do open and it was wonderful the be able to sit in our room, enjoy the breeze, listen to the water and watch the people. The desk clerks were polite and even held our luggage after check out for a few hours before we left. Breakfast was buffet style around the corner from the hotel. Its served from 730 to 10 and they mean they close at 10. They won't refill stuff til 10 and then let you eat until its gone. At 10, they take the food away so the earlier you go the better selection you get. The thermostat would limit you to a range of 21 to 26 Celsius. It was cold that night and we couldn't turn up the heat. The tv didnt work at first and my husband had to mess with it. When he did get it on only e English channels. All 3 were news. Although the tv had a Netflix button, Netflix didnt work in the tv. There was no clock so you had no idea what time it was unless you looked at your phone. Finding our room was also a bit different. It was kind of like a maze of up steps and down steps..it took me a whole day of get it down and by then it was time to go. Also there was a step down to get into the room and a step up for the bathroom so make aure you remember that so you dont fall.

Perfekter Aufenthalt und direkt mittendrin in Venedig
Pros:

Die Lage ist traumhaft - wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick auf die Lagune gebucht. Besser geht es nicht. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und sehr gut. Es wird in einem kleinen Restaurant serviert, das wenige Schritte entfernt ist. Das Personal ist sehr nett und kümmert sich, wenn es eine Frage gibt.
