A perfect stay in the heart of Venice with wonderful staff and unforgettable memories.

Our stay at Hotel Paganelli was absolutely wonderful. The location is perfect, just a short walk from St. Mark’s Square, and our room had a beautiful balcony that made our stay even more special. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained.

The staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. Although we didn’t book breakfast, I’m sure it would have been just as excellent as every other aspect of our experience.

We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose Hotel Paganelli again on our next visit to Venice. Highly recommended!

Cons:

There was nothing we didn’t like. Everything was excellent, and we wouldn’t change a thing.

Best stay in Venice
Pros:

Great location, very beautiful room. We event got our own roof top terrace with views over the lake. Very nice and helpful staff. Best hotel breakfast we ever have had in Italy. Nice air con in the room.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel in Venedig in Top Lage
Pros:

Gute Lage in 1. Reihe nahe der Seufzerbrücke mit tollem Blick auf die Lagune. Nettes Personal, alles sehr sauber, Stühle + Sonnenschirme vor dem Hotel Restaurantservice. Frühstück um die Ecke in einem kleinen Bistro bzw. Räumlichkeiten eines Partnerhotels. Sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück.
Man kann das Hotel nur empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Konum olarak çok iyi bir lokasyonda; meydanın yanında, sahilde ve hemen önünde iskele var istediğiniz her yere kolayca ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Yeterli konfor sağlıyorlar ve personel ilgili. Mümkünse Lagün manzaralı odada kalın, ben benimkinden çok keyif aldım. Sabahı ayrı gün batımı ayrı güzel.

Klima bazen kendi kafasına göre çalışabiliyor, bir gece açık uyumak zorunda kaldım kapatamadım.

Pros:

Great location, friendly staff, clean room, and a beautiful atmosphere. Everything was within walking distance, and we really enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

The room was too cold because the thermostat didn’t work properly. Even when it was set to OFF, cold air kept blowing, and I couldn’t turn the air conditioning off.

Great location but was disappointed in condition of room that paid a premium for.

Staff was freindly.

Cons:

Issues with thermostat control in rrom that was not repaired until last day.Bathroom sindk did not drain well. Step up to front door and bathroom that was dangerous at night when dark. thought room was overpriced.

We had an excellent stay in this beautiful city. The cheerful, ready to assist staff is the highlight of this hotel.

The staff were helpful beyond belief. Every need and special request were handled above our expectations. Location was excellent. Room clean and comfortable. A/C during this hot spell worked very well.

Excellent location and very friendly staff!
Pros:

Loved our stay here! The location was great, so close to St. Mark's Basilica and tons of restaurants. The room was a bit small for the four of us, but comfortable otherwise. I didn't get a chance to eat at the hotel, but the staff more than made up for it—they were so helpful with getting us taxis and gave us the best advice on where to go and eat around Venice. I was very happy with my stay!

Cons:

Everything was good. There was nothing I did not like at the hotel.
