The location is perfect, the hotel very clean and comfortable with a good breakfast. Very friendly team

Cons:

The only downside to the lovely hardworking team was a very rude lady who stacks the plates and replenishes the breakfast buffet who seems incredibly resentful to assist with any customer requests. Myself and another customer requested more berries for the yoghurt mix, she literally signed, filled the bowl and threw it back onto the buffet bar. We both looked at each other in amazement. The very same lady was needing to stack plates and I happened to be standing in the way without realising. She elbowed in the leg to move me whilst saying Scusi very abruptly and put the plates down with the same level of intensity as the berries. Customer service was non existent. The only reason to mention was that she is letting down a lovely team and hotel.

Hôtel idéalement placé.
Pros:

La vue par les deux fenêtres, fabuleuse ! San Giorgio Maggio, juste en face, on la voit du lit.... ! La Salute et la douane de mer juste sur la droite. La proximité immédiate des embarcadères des vaporetto. On prend Alilaguna à l'aéroport et le bateau accoste devant l'hôtel. Enfin, on est à 5 minutes à peine de la place Saint Marc.

Cons:

Bien sûr, cela se paye ... Mais c'est sans regret.

Excellent Location, friendly stuff, and awesome breakfast!
Pros:

The location was awesome, the room was spacious, and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was also excellent! The hotel even provided a designated viewing area right in front of the building, which was directly facing the main fireworks. Watching the Festa del Redentore fireworks from there was an incredible experience!

Cons:

A little pricy (same as other hotels) in Venice overall.

We will definitely stay again.
Pros:

Hotel was easy to find and close to the Bridge of Sighs and St Marks Square. We were upgraded on arrival to a superior double room with a large balcony. Staff were lovely very helpful and the room was very comfortable.
