Comfortable bed, great breakfast with to go options, welcoming staff

We always stay here . It’s convenient and comfortable. Clean with friendly staff .
Wish there was a real tv guide that matched the one in the room . I know it seems trivial but searching for shows flicking channels sucks when you just want to relax and watch some tv at the end of the day
Great location , rooms clean well kept . Staff very friendly and easy to deal with .Only thing I would have liked would be if they served the breakfast earlier , breakfast served at 6:30 am and I was leaving for work at 6:00 .
Your breakfast times are inconsistent with folks on a holiday. Having to get up early in order to have breakfast is not what everyone necessarily wants. Especially if people are busy during the day and get back to their room late, they do not want to get up early just to eat, The time you stop offering breakfast is not realistic. It is not good customer service. It's a blatant way to cut costs, which does not align with caring for your guests.
A later breakfast time as I said above, 11am would have been a more realistic time to offer breakfast for guests.
Staff were friendly!
We were impressed by the breakfast at this hotel. Laurie the breakfast meal manager was friendly anf courteous. She presented hotel breakfast that should be the new standard for hotels. With just s little effort and common sense Laurie 'nailed it'. Thanks Laurie!!
Seemed clean from what I saw of it and the lady that checked us in was pleasant.
Location is rather industrial and bare bones. Staff speak loudly to each other in their own languages at all hours. When I booked the room on booking it directed me specifically to book an extra cot however a few days later I was notified that was not possible in a king size room. Of course it was non refundable so we bought a cot from home (our 12 year old girl and 15 year old boy no longer want to share a bed) and it fit just fine.
Had also previously stayed at the non express location so didn’t think much about it but it’s very bare bones and even the gym had like 3 pieces of equipment.
Really accommodating stay special tge breakfast is awesome over here we are here for our business trip and definitely we are going to come here back. Special shout to Ash.

My wife and I stay here for our annual trip to Edmonton. It’s a reasonably priced hotel with fantastic customer service. Mandy goes above and beyond to be friendly and helpful. She remembered us from last year! We highly recommend this hotel.
