Ash made our breakfast experience absolutely amazing! He was friendly, welcoming, and provided outstanding service from start to finish. He made sure everything was perfect and always had a smile on his face. His positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out. The food was great, but Ash’s excellent customer service made the experience even better. He truly went above and beyond. We had a great stay! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The highlight of our experience was Ash at the breakfast area. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about his work. As a vegetarian, I found it difficult to enjoy breakfast with meat being served. I mentioned this to Ash, and without any hesitation, he prepared my breakfast separately. His kindness and willingness to go the extra mile made me feel truly cared for. The young man who worked days at the front desk was amazing. He even remembered a concert that we were attending and asked about it the next day. The breakfast was as always good, especially the warm cinnamon rolls.

Staff very friendly and was very clean

Excellent, polite service. Ash took care of us and made sure our needs were met.

Stayed here for work and if anything changes and you have to check out early, they give you a hard time and want to charge you a fee. Not friendly staff at the front desk
